Ah mate, you must be gutted. 120 points. So near..... I know what it feels like from years gone by when we actually had to queue for tickets and I missed out on the 1991 semi-final by about 200 people.

I was going to say that there's only one place to watch the game - Wembley Stadium! But in light of your predicament, I won't gloat. Why you'd want to watch the game anywhere in Tottenham when we're not playing at The Lane is beyond me. I really really wouldn't! Dunno what the score will be around Wembley itself, but it wouldn't come as too much of a surprise to find the local boozers shut - if nothing else than to force people to drink Carling in plastic cups at the stadium! Call me a cynic.

Why not go to your local?

Mmmm..... I'm not so sure. There aren't - in my experience - that many Spurs fans who live within reasonable distance of the ground!

Did'nt The Bedford used to pretty good for football (at the top end of T Wells high St) or that Irish themed place in Castle street.........

I rarely drink in T Wells these days - so things might have changed.

I've heard the "no drink zone" is 3 miles around Wembley, before and after the game.
Not sure where i'll be watching it yet,as i havn't got a Ticket either.Don't fancy watching at home, want a bit more Atmosphere than that.

we do have quite a strong presance down this way dont we
      a good few yids
i went to school in Crowborogh, Beacon
what a shit hole that school was
i used to spend alot of my misguided youth over in crowborough, lived there for a short wilse till last july

well we have a little group of us, and we were going to go up to the Lane
but wont as people have advised me it isnt worth it.... :5: cheers lads

i realy appreciate the offer Yidno, but i think we are going to go and represent in Casidys, the Irish bar just off the Pantiles
my dad informed me of a large Chelski presenance in the Wells,
casidys was always good for support when we have meet the dirty scumers (5.1) :32:

would be realy great if we could get a few people in there...
      anyone else intrested?
