Good Evening, Tomorrow sees the First leg of our
tie against Slavia Prague. Currently on Winter
break, they have not played since their Sevilla game
in the Champions League.
Hutton is ineligible, Boateng, Dawson, and Gilberto
are also out, with injuries.
Ledley has travelled, as has Pekhart, Woodgate is back
from Suspension, and Zokora has returned from African
Nations duty.
Surprised to see Ledley included, my guess is he won't
play for too long, if at all, although I think Ramos may
want to get this over with tomorrow if at all possible.
Would be nice to have the luxury of resting players next
week at The Lane, with The Carling Cup Final looming.
We can win, could be tough to begin with though.
Game is live in the UK on Channel Five, programme starts
at 19.30, Kick Off 20.00.
What is your view?

Good Luck.
I would be lying if I said that I wasnt worried about our defensive situation at the moment. Unfortunatly I think we would be really fortunate if we didnt concede a goal.

C'mon Spurs!
I think I am going to freeze my nuts off in Prague tonight with a kick-off of 21:00 local time and temperatures predicted to reach an overnight low of -4c. Brrrrrrr!
One thing you can be sure of - I'll be out there eating, drinking, and my singing my heart out with the other travelling Spurs fans.
Come on you Spurs!
My jammy pal is going, and he's been before. He reckons the prozzies are all stunners!!! £30 a chuck!!! Nice!!!
When in Prague!!!
They are 30p a 'chuck' in India, unfortunatley the all over body condom costs £300.........the prozzies are all stunners!!! £30 a chuck

Praise the lord we have a chance without that rash pr*ck playing, if Zokoora isnt knackered id like to see him play if Hudds is playing centre back.
F*ck Stratford!!!!
I don't think slavia will be a complete push over away, they are top of their league, albeit for whatever that's worth. I'm hoping for a nice 1-0 win, followed by a total mauling at WHL...

Absolutely wiped the floor with them first half, berbs and keane were AMAZING....
Then, as only spurs can do, we made life difficult for ourselves, i'm tired of these individual errors costing us in the big games, where they always seem to occur, i'm not going to roast cerny, it's an issue with the mentality of the players, they lose concentration at key moments.
oh alright then.. cerny you are a complete and utter MUPPETT!
feel better now.
berba was fab adn so was keane just what i expected from them two so a well deserved win i say
well couple of thoughts from the match
1. we can play excellent football for 45 maybe 55-60 mins, then we die ! fitness ? concentration ? shitness ? i dunno but its gotta be sorted nearly another late goal would have cost us dearly, i think ramos wanted a good lead to go back to the lane so he can rest some players for the cup final 4 days after the match.
2.Bent is a waste of time - end of story
3. cerney hmm been good for us and better than robbo but is still making mistakes think every one knows what the first thing in the tranfer window is going to be ?!
4. Over all not a bad result but not good either, scum beat them 7 - 0 last season i think, plus the fact that prague havnt played for 2 months ! what does that say for fitness when they are still playing at 85 min mark and we are knackered !. Maybe although i dont want it to happen but maybe a mid season break is when the prem needs ? I HOPE NOT....
A pretty disapointing result in the end, we could and should have been four up at half time ffs but didnt take the chances again.
Totally agree about letting em back in, they were so poor in the first it was shocking to see a home side play with such little fight and i guess things could only get better for em in the second half.
Cerny WTF were you doing with that?? We all can clearly see where Ramos has to buy in the Summer and that was just compounded with Robbo's deputy!
For me the most anoying thing is that we will have to filed a strongish team next thursday to turn em over and that means risking injuries for the huge game on the Sunday against Chelsea.
Who else thought Keane's celerbaration with the corner flag was hilarious :35:
F*ck Stratford!!!!
Good Afternoon, for me very disappointing last night.
We should have been so far ahead, that next week
we could field a reserve side. The flicks and tricks after
going two up seemed unprofessional. We should have
buried them out of sight by the end of the first forty five.
In the end we were lucky to not go away 2-2 after they
hit the bar near the end.
We should still progress, but have to use first team players
next Thursday, before the Final on Sunday.
Chelsea play on Tuesday in the Champions League away
at Olympiakos.
When we beat A****** in the semi final I had a good feel
for winning the Carling Cup. Recently my confidence has
waned.
Bent looks (very) unfit still...
Dissappointed as well but as i am going to the second leg i am selfishly a little pleased that it is not a completely foregone conclusion (although i think we will still qualify fairly comfortably) but obviously fully appreciate the sentiment re the Carling Final.
Fingers crossed we go 3-0 up by half time & can rest the big boys!
I thought overall it was the old spurs!!!
Couldnt close a game out, and lazy!!! We must have had 65/70% posession in the first half and only manged two goals!!! Granted their keeper had a blinder, but we should have had 4 at half time, and then rested the big guns for the second half and next week.
Berb didnt sem to give a toss at times and it was easy for him to look good in flashes. Steed and Lennon were absolute dog sh*t, and the hud and jenas didnt click.
Cerny..........OH MY GOD!!! ARE YOU ROBO IN DISGUISE???????? Absolute d*ck head!!!
I sinceerly hope Ramos stuck a rocket up their arse's.
Keans goal was a good finish, and Berbs too, other than that hardly inspiring.
I sould like bully or mancub, bitching about everything and anything, but it truly p*ssed me off!!!
