Evening peeps, just dawned on me whilst i was contemplating another injury to our defence (daws) that we haven't seen anything of Gilberto yet at LB, i know chimbos kind of taken on the LB role quite nicely, surely ramos needs to see what the brazilian can do, i mean come on he's a brazillian LB, i would love to see what the guys capable of, he can play in midfield too, and has got to be better than K.P butthead.
Has he got some injury i don't know about....
I think the thing is that he was/is lacking some fitness (or at least match fitness), because he hasn't played in a bit (due to the Bundesliga winterbreak).
I'm sure we'll see him soon enough, I'm betting he'll be a success. :10:

Yeah I wanna see him play but if not match fit hes not worth risking yet, but ya right about KPB id rather have Vinny Samways than him!
F*ck Stratford!!!!
ha ha..... vinny samways thats funny, true though
What do u think the chances are of him playing in europe this week against parague? I hope he get on at least as a sub. Be nice to see a brazilian in a spurs shirt!
I dont think he will see action in Prague on thursday just because Spurs should try to get a nice advantage going into the second leg and his play is unpredictable at the moment. I think Gilberto will be in the lineup in the second leg at the lane should spurs have a 2 goal advantage and resting chimbonda for the CC final is not a terrible idea.
