What have you all made of him so far this season?
Superb so far, has come in to the first team and really shown the whole of the Premier League what he is about, he isn't afraid to put himself about and has proven that he has got a sweet left foot that can pick out a killer pass, needs to be a bit more vocal but that will come, i felt sorry for him when he was left marking Laursen against Villa, he should have been screaming at someone else to pick him up, but thats not his fault, one of the bigger senior players should have taken on that responsibility and we would have probably got a point out of that game, but overall he has slotted in quite nicely.
been playing proffesional football (competitively) 2 months, now a regular on any spurs team sheet (if not on the field, allways on the bench) and allready in the england under 21 team. he plays for the club he loves and gives 110% each game.
thats enough said really...
altho theres so much more. such a big talent and i truely hope the club dont "cash in" on the first obvious offer incoming during the summer.
cheers! :1:
"It's about getting the best out of the lads and confidence. Life is about confidence. Whatever you do in life, if you are not confident you don't perform. It's up to me to get the confidence running through the players and if I can get that instilled you'll see a team that will really play." - Harry Redknapp - 29/10/2008
I don't think they will, Ramos has a good eye for talent and he can tell that O'Hara has got what it takes, if he thought there was a problem with cover in midfield he would have gone out and bought someone, he was in no rush to get cover in that department so he must be happy with what he's got, i think O'Hara has got a really bright future.
From what little I've seen he looks much better than I'd expect of someone just starting out in the first team.
Hopefully he'll only get better as he gets more games, one for the future!
"It's no use just winning, we've got to win well."
Impressed so far. Seems very down to earth & a nice kid.
Im pleased for the fella & for the club.
looks like hes been around ages, think hes gona be a great signing
he plays with pride and ambition, old head on young shoulders reminds me of Steve perry man a bit with his attitude, neat and tidy player a bit of an unsung hero, seems very brave and not phased by the premiership
very good player unfazed by the big players as he proved against ronaldo very dependable hardworking !!!
Agree with all the above and its just a shame that Mr Crap aka KPB gets a starter ahead of him like yesterday up at Derby, im not sure what the magerial team see in him, every game he flatters to deceive and gives rash tackles and general poor performances everytime.
O'harar will be a star im sure of that, looks determined and full of energy up and down the pitch.
F*ck Stratford!!!!
Absolutely right, KPB will go down in the history of the club as one of our worst buys,
it was a day for subs yesterday, O'Hara, Berbatov and Kaboul came on and replaced
the dead wood that started the game and got us the result that we should have got
with our starting line up, a goalless draw at Derby would have been an embarrassing
result to say the least.
if you look at how he has improved witha bit of confidence that he's got simply from playing regularly we are on to a real winner. and the best bit of all he won't want to leave - it's his dream to play for spurs and that's what the club needs - is he our steven gerrard? very possibly.once a lilywhite always a lilywhite
yeah sure i like him and he has never let himself or the team down.
But what is the score with that KPB. I thought when we bought him - young player of the yr bundesliga - yep looks good value. Then he didnt start beginnin of season so i thought oh maybe one for the future - but now i realise he is just pony - total!
and do you remember who we beat to his signature - sevilla (ramos)
Jamie has been great for us. I'm so glad Ramos gave him a chance.
He should be starting for us.
I think the lad has been brilliant and why were we thinking of wasting 10 Million on Donkey Downing? when this lad is a far better prospect and always gives 100% and he dont hide in matches. Think Mr Levy and Mr Commoli
should be thanking O'Hara for saving them 10 million pound.
Does anyone think he might squeeze in to the Young P.F.A Player of the Year Shortlist if he carries on his form hes diplayed so Far?
