To be honest I think Kaboul could keep Corluka on the bench with the performances hes been putting in lately. And BAE is playing well lately also, but we could use a better left back, but hes been playing some good football. What a changed player Kaboul is now, full of confidents, he has pace over corluka, and we'll how well he plays with Lennon infront of him. We all know Corluka and Lennon is the perfect match, but Kaboul could really challenge for that RB spot. I really like Kaboul and i hope he can keep this run of good form, or maybe he has more to him? COYS BRING ON CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

Its been tough to find anything to complain about with Kaboul lately. A lot of us were wondering why on earth we brought him back, but that has turned out to be a stroke of genius hasn't it.

If he keeps going like they are, Charlie will have a tough time getting the spot back. As you mentioned, BigK's pace is a big part of that.

Heard a piece of 'goosip' from a friend of mine who is very, very well connected in football circles. He did say this was second hand but -

'Arry has had talks with City about both Bellamy and Tevez moving to Spurs, apparently City were very happy to discuss this as neither player is wanted by Mancini. Guess that depends if he's still there!

Sell Pav and Robbie, bring in Bellamy and Tevez ..... that would improve competition for places .....

Tevez hell yeah, but would he want to come? No as inter milan and im sure others would like his services
bellamy ... wouldnt mind for a cheap price as he is 30, also if he want out they will have to sell him to whom ever.

and i think Kaboul is better than corluka. has him beat in most areas his pace and power is great makes him hard to beat unless he beats himself. think hes worth the time and could be immense for us. ( reminds me of micah richards)

BAE in my opinion is one of the best left backs in the prem, cool under pressure, he has a hunger to get the better of his opponent thats can sometimes take him into the red zone but i still love it!

Yeah I don't know why people dislike bae, he's made a few bad tackles, one causing a penalty, but every player has those.. But I wouldn't mind getting a better LB, but really I think BAE is a great player, works well with bale. And tevez would be perfect tbh, he wouldn't have to settle in the prem, and I think he would work great with modric, both clever minds they got. But I'm not sure about bellamy, as he's a pr**k , and 30 now, but he will be good for champions league, the deeper the squad the better

You know what I saw at the end of the game?

I saw a Man City team full of individuals. Bellemy basically turned and said "WTF, I'm off" and walked off while his team was chasing a goal. Honestly I would not advocate taking him on.

Tevez was totally isolated and did not work with Ade at all. In fact, I think none of the forwards work with Ade. Thats probably why he doesn't bother putting in the effort. I mean honestly even Bellemy was smiling and congratulating Harry after the game, how gutted was he honestly? It was kind of a "please come get me, I know I made a mistake".

Then the end interview when the players threw a bucket of icewater over Harry. I saw a team. Not a group of individuals. Why put Tevez in who is basically not much of an improvement over Defoe?

People complain about Defoe not scoring recently, but his hold up play is great and he had one great opportunity and should have scored. Wonderful first touch to take it into striking path before drilling it with the outside of his right foot. I would have preferred him to drill it lower but he didn't and the keeper saved.

Players abilities count, but their attitudes count for a lot as well. Let's sign a Rooney, not a Ronaldo. We need to keep this current team together, they are immense! I hope Bassong learns from King, I really think he is such a great player, he blocked EVERYTHING last night, even the two long distance shots from Tevez. WOW.

Great post but Tevez at a forward who drops deep a can become like an AM at times like rooney while defoe is more a poacher. Tevez on top of his skill has an immense work rate to boot.

I think Tevez and Defoe could play together, Tevez is a very creative player whilst Defoe is an out and out goal scorer. Defoe-Tevez, Defoe-Crouch, Crouch-Tevez would be three good and very different attacking options.

Kabouls been outstanding, what if he'd played against Man United?

Tevez - Another level IMHO. Would he come to Spurs? id be very surprised if he did, firstly we cant match his wages and secondly they'll be bigger clubs than spurs interested in him. Bellamy? im not sure, on the cheap maybe but where would he play, left midfield?, where does that leave Bale and BAE?
