Do we look towards Premiership glory?!

All the top 4 last season would have said that they fancied themselves for Premiershup glory. Manchester City will deffo fancy themselves with money, and I'm sure United, Chelscum, Liverpool and L'Arse will still fancy their chances . . . . . so in what could be a very open race . . . . what do we reckon our chances are, now we are Champions League?!?

Why not? Like I said there are 5 teams in the League that will be gunning for it, and out of them 5 we are better than 2 of them. Manchester City and Liverpool. We have power to bring in some of the best in the world. Champions League and English Premier League is a bloody good combo!

I just think that thatz a lil over the top.

But i do believe we should now b lookin at 3rd if we bring in quality playas so that automatic CL place can be achieved.

I've already seen such gems on a facebook group like "it's not impossible [Fulham beating Arsenal!?], and with the way Arsenal's season is self-destructing i'd say its bloody likely!"

That's pushing it a bit, yet when I tried to bring them back down to earth I got told - "yeah nice one ....piss on the fire...."

I mean come on. It's just reinforcing the old deluded Spurs fan complex that other fans like to harp on about. It's not helping at all. The higher up you put yourself, the harder you'll fall.

Next season man city will be alot stronger and challenging the top two of man united and chelsea...
But liverpool are a club in a mess and arsenal are a club in decline...Its possible we could over take them next season depending on who arry buys and how we strengthen but i'll be happy with consolidating are place as 4th best and champions league football again.
Next season villa will push us hard and also everton who woulda been right there with us if it wasn't for major injuries.
Its gonna be another tight season no doubt but ill take 4th and a good cup run and some good nights of champions league football back at the lane.
Were going in the right direction but lets not get greedy rome wasn't built in a day

Don't even go there mate. Where have I said we SHOULD CHALLENGE. I asked Spurs4life why he said "no" without an explination and asked the rest of the forum on their thoughts of my question.

Like I have always said. "Settle for nothing now, and you will settled for nothing later" interpretate that as yo want, but I said it earlier in the season when a lot of you said we were not good enough for 4th, but where are we now!??!

we just have to make sure that the club is moving forwards, and success will come with that. just looking at what it's like to be a liverpool fan at the moment is probably the opposite of what we're looking for. new stadium and improvement on the team will definately be the way forward.
