Just like to wish you luck in the champions league next season.
We have been the victims of a few painful defeats this season, the three injury time winners that were received at the hands of united, standing out the most.....But that tonight, really did hurt.
After the final whistle went I stood at my seat for over half an hour, looking at the happiness of the travelling support and to be a spurs fan, i bet that moment was something so special.

You boys do deserve it, after all these years of trying to break the "sky four". i hope you win on sunday and arsenal lose, meaning you jump up to third.

And i also believe our time will come. Onwards and upwards.

Good luck next season. Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal, Spurs and Man City are the title challengers for next season I guess. Let's go for the title Nah that's getting greedy? :P

It's a pretty special night for us, after so many years in the wilderness!

Good luck for next season. I hope teams like yourselves, Everton and (much as I hate them) Villa will be up there with us, next May, knocking the 'Sky 4' back down to earth!

Well that was rather....unexpected
Thanks for the humbleness Dan. I must admit City p*ssed all over us for the first half. Tevez could've scored two on his own. He took advantage of the high backline Spurs had. Gomes kept us in the game with those two saves. Fulop made a great save against Defoe in the second half which deserves a mention.

On a whole i thought you were to much for us.
Second half we lost our shape and ran out of steam and ideas.
A couple of things that stood out tonight on our part was:

Adebayor - useless in the air, goes wandering to much.
Vieira - Never should have come on, the completely wrong type of game for him, was always going to be second best in terms of pace in the middle of the park.
Santa cruz - Why bellamy was taken off i'll never know.

From then on, all we were doing was oofing it into the air and the two target men we had were never going to beat king or dawson in the air.

Gareth Bale is superb.

Have to agree with Weird Dave that Tevez has a brilliant first half. He was popping up all over the place. Our manager must have sorted that out at half time, because old Carlos was much less effective in the second period.

To be honest, that was one of Bale's poorer games in recent weeks. He looked as if the occasion was getting to him a bit, early on. He can be much, much better!

I will never understand why RSC was brought on. Personally I have never rated the lad and given the recent form of Bellamy I simply did not understand the move. What do you think was Mancini's thinking behind that?

Agree with your point about Adebayor as well. He did not put a single head on target. Should have done better. Barry getting hurt certainly did not help you lot.

Santa cruz has had the injury filled season we all expected. Mancini didn't have many options on the bench attacking wise, but obviously needed to change something towards the end of the game, by the looks of things RSC doesn't look part of mancini's plans.
I personally would have taken adebayor off and stuck an extra midfielder on, and gone with tevez and bellamy up top.
Your midfield was always going to better ours i thought. It was a shame to see barry go off, and were forced into making a sub that screwed our tactical options.

We didn't deserve it. We only have to look back to when we drew 7 in a row under hughes before xmas, against teams such as hull, burnley, fulham, all 3 games we were leading in aswell ironically.
