Well, he didn't meet the TARGET set by the board.
They're going to feel pretty stupid.
Mark Hughes is probably laughing his tits off lol.
Hang on....It's ARTICLE TIME AGAIN!

COME ON YOU SPUURRRS!!!!!
Reporter: "What is it like to score against the best team in the world [Barcelona]?".
Jake Livermore: "Score against the best team in the world??? I play for them [TOTTENHAM]."
They wont sack mancini
You can't drink all day unless you start in the morning
He is so boring though.
"Modric could play in any team in the world in my opinion, he's a fantastic footballer, top, top class."
They risk paying too much in compo for sacking Man city...
If they sack him it will be to every other teams benefit. If they replace their manager and 2/3 of their players it will take them the first 2 months of the season just to figure out what is going on.
It wasn't in Hughes' contract to get 4th. Hughes' target was 6th. There were presumably no specific method to get there, he just needed to get there. Hughes got there! There were goals and lots of them in order to keep themselves up there. Still, nothing could please the board and they sacked him for actually meeting his target. Great logic there...

Mancini has been confirmed as staying, from what my pal tells me which is good news for city really. Mark Hughes did ok but when you look at the stats between the 2 mancicni wins hands down. Those 7 draws on trot shafted us while hughes was in charge.
