BBC Sport - Football - Man City 'will be allowed to bring a keeper on loan'
what is this !! this is just unfair !!
WHAT THE HELL!!!!! Chelsea managed without a bloody goal keeper and they're still challenging for the title!!! this is absolutely ridiculous!!!
and i know that the city fans will think this is because I am a spurs fan... but they can go F**K themselves the rich b**steads have all the money in the world, they must have known that if given got injured they would have no back up goal keeper back in January... so why didnt they sign a goal keeper then???
it is their own fault! This is bloody ridiculous! How the FA have let them do that is beyond me, that is far from fair, its their own bloody fault! Sorrensen in out for stoke, does that mean they can sign an 'emergency loan'? I doubt it.
This never ending story, paid for with pride and fate, We all fall short of glory, lost in ourself
Maybe I shouldn't have written that article doubting Nielsen's abilities after all lol.
Has Shay 'Given' Spurs The Top-Four Spot? | Bleacher Report
That is totally unfair. If we didn't have Alnwick as back-up for Cudicini, we still wouldn't get that kind of clearance would we?
Ridiculous. There is officially no such thing as a rulebook in football anymore...
Reporter: "What is it like to score against the best team in the world [Barcelona]?".
Jake Livermore: "Score against the best team in the world??? I play for them [TOTTENHAM]."

WTF! how the hell is this fair???? So what if a player gets injured, why are the rules changing for them.
fook them we can still get 4th and hope the cheating coonts end up 6th behind villa
it is better to fail aiming high, than to succeed aiming low,
and we spurs fans have set our sites very high,
so high in fact that even failure will have in it
an echo of glory.

Guys you may not like it but it is in the rules and it has happened before ....
"City are now hoping to take advantage of the contingency plans which allow clubs to make an emergency signing to cover for a goalkeeping shortage, with the written permission of the governing body"
Aston Villa were forced to make an emergency signing in December 2006 when Gabor Kiraly joined the club from Crystal Palace and made five appearances after injuries to Thomas Sorensen and Taylor, then playing at Villa Park.
Funny that AV are one of the teams who would have benefited from City not having a recognized keeper, still they will have a 'loan' keeper possible not match fit and who will have had no training with City's back four so still not ideal.

It's not cheating. It's in the rules.
Any club has to have 2 registered goal keepers fit. If they don't they are allowed to bring in a keeper on loan.
Every team is entitled to do this if they need to.

I know its a mare lads but if its in the rules its in the rules.
SPURS ARE MY LIFE, MY LOVE, AND MY RELIGION, LET US PLAY....
I think the thing that people are hating is the fact that they will tap up a good keeper cause of their money. So it wont be just a "back-up" keeper
No matter who they get. He won't be as good as given. Shay given commanded his defenders extremely well and they had a great communication. It will take more then 3 games for the 'new' keeper to have the same relationship.
I can see it now...
goal keeper - " Bridge!! Bridge!! Don't go there! Go here!! HEREEE!!!"
Wayne Bridge - " fck off keeper. what the hell do you know!!?"
Cross comes in - Modric chests in and over head kicks it into the top left. Bridge wasn't marking him. Spurs win 10-0.

Yeah, it's in the rules. Looked it up last night. They have ever right to do what they have done.
