Harry has just said in a post match interview: "Niko Kranjcar has picked up a very bad injury. Charlie Corluka had to be injected at the start of extra time, to keep him going!"

Gutting news about Niko, looks like that will be the last we see of him until next season. He has been simply wonderful so far, hope he picks up where he has left of this season!

K.Walker will step in for Corluka and Im hoping Lennon might be on the bench. Good to see Dawson back.
I don't know what the injury is yet, Contrast. It obviously happened in that challenge with Michael Brown. Niko had some treatment and played on, hopping on one leg.
It reminded me of that game when Lennon went off, leaving us with ten men (was it Stoke, at home?). Niko has probably paid the price for having the balls to stay on.
He had problems with both ankles, last season. I hope this injury is not as bad as those were.
He has hobbled away from Wembley. I just heard David James being interviewed on the radio & he held up the interviewer, because Niko appeared and James went over to ask how he was and give him a hug.

"Kranjcar will undergo a scan after he suffered a suspected fracture to his lower shin and Vedran Corluka had to be given painkillers at half-time in extra-time for his ankle injury. Ledley King could be in contention against Arsenal, but Aaron Lennon is not expected to figure after returning to training. Younès Kaboul, who was cup-tied yesterday, could come in for Palacios."
