And I hate to say it but it's the same old spurs, a couple weeks back I was pissed off because I think it was mark lawrenson that said "spurs will always let you down somewhere along the line"

well as I'm sitting here in a sea of sad faces I have just realised something, after years of this I'm not even upset I guess we will always be pretenders, a what if team that basically created the beautiful game in this country just to pass it on to teams like the scum and manure to make us look like underperformers and we play right into there ****ing hands.

We bang on about how the media are cruel to us and how we don't deserve the wrap we get, I believed that before today even after that Sunderland game but now it looks truly hopeless, I cannot defend that performance today, bad ref decisions or not we should of beat a championship team struggling with injurys that were low in confidence no excuses no exceptions.

Well it's been a good run this season lads, champions league looks near impossible in my opinion with man city winning today and flying and us with the low confidence now, we had everything to take but yet again spurs broke our hearts.

But don't worry we will stand by there side do you know why?

I dont know where to start. Spurs Where shite..... They didnt deserve to win and fair play too Pompey!!

And Once again we lost the first goal too a poor referee decision to give the free kick which then lead to dawson slipping and 1-0. Then we are denied a perfectly ok goal.... james runs into Niko and its there free kick!!! WELL DONE!! and then to top it off "Penalty , he won the ball but Penalty" !!! Complete joke....

Yes pompey deserved there win and i wish them the best of luck in the final but the referee cannot be this t-w-a-t from today!!!

Just home from wembley and I feel exactly the same, I've always said to friends over the years spurs build you up to let you down. But we always stick by their side, no matter what. Some people just don't understand that.

It's just pathetic what happened today, totally no excuses because we should be beating a team like pompey in the state they are in with no problems. The boys just didn't turn up, there was no bloody passion or efficiency about their play. I guess you could say I'm embarrassed by the performance today.

But fairplay to everyone, the atmosphere was buzzing beforehand. We're the ones who make this club what it is.

I honestly don't think we played that badly, and didn't deserve to lose. Key decisions went against us, (as per fecking usual) and we didn't get the bounce of the ball at other times. Pompey were always going to be up for it and anyone who thought this game would be easy was sadly deluded.
Football is like life - you don't always get what you deserve - and that was us today!
