Anyone at the start of the season was predicting us to be around 7th, so to be 4th/5th is overachieving lets be honest. I also couldn't give a shit about Man City because lets face it, in about 1-3 years they will be Premier League Champions no doubt, and theres not much we can honestly do about that.

I honestly dont see us beating Arsenal or Chelsea, Im being pessimistic I know but we have a mental thing when playing the 'big 4' however COYS and play to your best and who knows?

The FA CUP is not 'worthless' at all. It would mean us having a good day out at Wembley for the players and fans and if we won the FA CUP, we would also be playing in the Community Shield at the start of next season.
Alot of our fans seem to be split in half wether they actually want to win the cup, 20 years ago, you would of taken the cup anyday, but now, it seems that English Football is ruined by all this money and fourign influx. Such a shame that it is this way now

Im not keen on the Europa League, its just a drain on the players when you have to play up to 19 extra games in a season, it has to be CL or bust.

Would you guys be satisfied with CL, getting KO'd in groups and then playing in Europa? Personally I would unless we buy some extraordinary players this summer with the extra CL & FA Cup money. It all depends on our group though as I don't see us beating the like of Real, Barca, Inter, etc.

At the beginning of the season if you had said to me you are going to finish 5th (and beat arse at the lane ) then i would have taken that happily and i think for me that still holds true. Of course i would love for us to be in the CL but we have one of the hardest run in's of any club, so although i am optimistic now and willing the boys to make a massive effort, if it gets to the end of the season and we finish 5th i can't really complain. Harry has only been in the job for just over a year now, this will be the summer where he can really start to mould "his" squad. Everything he has done so far has been positive so if we don't quite make the CL this year i am confident we will be there or there abouts next year. To many people are looking for instant success, it take longer then 1 season to build a squad, get a winning attitude, develop a leader and all the rest, the attributes teams like Manure and Barca have that we are building towards.

With regards to the FA cup, knowing that we are going to have to beat the chavs at the home of football to lift the thing makes me want to win it so much more. Regardless of our final league position winning the FA cup would be a huge achievement in itself and would help raise the profile of the club even more.

we are in a position to stop man city, if we can take fourth place the players who are on the market will know we are a club of beautiful football and tradition, and they will come. in a few years manchester city will be old... bellamy, toure, given they are all old we are entering our prime, bale, modric, thudd, lennon, daws, bassong, corluka, palacios all will be top players for at least five years to come so i am excited, city is already in their prime they will not improve from where they are

i cant understand some people ffs, saying europa cup is worthless my ar5e...... in my eyes any cup in europe is a major cup and with a big enough squad if we dont make cl then theres no reason why we cant enjoy some european football and push for the cup.....its only the insane amount of money in the cl thats devalued the europa cup...... i for one prefer the glory of winning any competition than making an extra few mil and winning nothing
