Ello!
Seen a lot of news lately that Aaron will be ready for Sunday, maybe not a full game but definately some playing time. However, he will most definately be ready for our derby against the scum!
I for one hope this is true, and I'm sure 90% of us hope this is true, but I really hope this doesnt mean it's the end for Bentley? We all know Arry loves Aaron and will obviously give him first team football when he's fit.
I think David has done an AWESOME job filling in for Aaron, will be a shame to see him not get as many games![]()

maybe 10-15 minutes at the end of the game but definately nothing strenuous, that wembley pitch would kill him and would not be ideal for a comeback with all the extra running on that groin he'd have to do, if he was to come on it would be to prepare him for the scum game in midweek

I thought Harry said in the open training day that he was still way off?? F*ck sake some one tell us the truth!!!
If he"s 100% fit and ready then keep him for the scum game, dont risk him on that Wembley pitch , its not worth it , I dont want him to do a ROONEY ffs !
Truth be told I don't want him to play at all if he feels better I would much rather give him a decent run against the scum.
Would absolutely be best not to play him against Portsmouth. Bentley has been good for us, certainly good enough to take on Pompey. We should wait an unleash Aaron (assuming he is fully healthy) on the Goons. How could a return be any better for him than if we beat the fookin scum into the ground like the dirt that they are.

All Harry has to do is play him for the FA Cup match, feed him some jet fuel and he'll be in tip-top condition for the Arsenal game :P

Jake Livermore: "Score against the best team in the world??? I play for them [TOTTENHAM]."
Perhaps the first 20 mins (he can properly warm up) or come on at half time. Not a good idea to bring him on not fully warmed up perfect scenario for a strain.
Then fully fit for Wednesday and rip the shreds out of Campbell and Co the south London excreta ......

I fully agree that we should probably give him another few days, even if he's supposedly fit- Bentley's earned a Wembley appearance, and I have no problem with starting him.
Maybe suit Azza up, but he shouldn't get on except in emergency. To be honest, if we can't get it done against a depleted Pompey without the little fella, we probably don't have any business being in the final anyway.
id like to see lennon play a part and get half an hours game time before the scum game. i also agree that bentley deserves his place on the right at wembley but we could accomodate both and play bentley on the left in front of bale ???
start bentley, give azza 15 mins at the end (assuming we have the luxury to make that sub)
TOTTENHAM 'TIL I DIE!
definately take him and get all the hoopla out the way , even if he sits on the bench for ninety will be great for him personally to be back out there even warming up with the lads, and the fans (those lucky enough to be there...im not bitter , honest) will give him a great reception , im sure he is chomping at the bit to get back out there , and what better stage than a wembley semi or better yet an evening at whl
The answer to this thread is no, harry just confirmed he won't be risked at wembley.
