Hopefully this thread will remain as inactive as possible over the next 10 months! I am really hoping we have a good season as far as injuries go!

Please post any updates/news or predicted return dates in this thread and myself or one of the moderators will edit and update this post.

      Updated - 06/8/10

      ..:: The Injury List ::..

Luka Modric - Hamstring - 50/50 for saturday.

Jermain Defoe - Hamstring - Doubtful for saturday.

Johnathan Woodgate - Groin/Pelvis Injury - No return date.

      ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Carlo Cud is approaching full fitness and is expected to feature next season.

Jenas is finally fit. Hopefully after all this time off the pitch he will pull his finger out and stop playing like such an arsehole.

The rest of the squad appears to be doing well which is nice compared to this time last season

Nice to see Bentley getting close to a return. If he plays as well as he did before his injury, who knows, he could go to the WC, now Becks is out.

Carlo Cudicini - Broken Wrist - 20th May

Considering the season will be finished by then, I don't think Carlo will actually be fit to play by this date.
MHO, I don't think he will ever play pro football again, let alone throw himself into tackles and throw himself into a dive.
Wrists will be too weak and pelvis was shattered and put back together with metal plates.

Could be true, PLM. Although it will end up being about desire. If CC wants to play bad enough, I think he will...and I think he will get a chance to remain at Spurs if he wants.

I was under the impression carlo has already started light training? Rehabilitation on a wrist is a LONG process. IMO... We should chuck him in a hotel on his own for a month with nothing but some clenex and an internet connection.

Guarantee his wrists would be nice and strong after that month

The mind may be willing, but the body wont BD. TBH

And furthermore he was not the best of No2's and Our Arry knows that. A new young No2 will come in during the summer.

      But I wish Carlo well.

The massive positive we can take from these injuries is that our sqaud so far have done so well.

Even though we have all these injuries we still are 4th.

There are a few players coming back soon so this will only make us stronger and hopefully help us get over the finishing line in 4th place.
      My favourite spurs player!

Then he'd be down with carpal tunnel syndrome and blisters on the palms, knowing our luck.

Even if we don't finish 4th I will be very happy and feel positive for next season. We had a large chunk of our season without probably our best player (modric) as well as our most influental (lennon)

Anyone got any news on Defoe's injury??? Its on Sky Sports now??? Few weeks out with torn hamstring. We definitely need Pav and Crouch to be on top form then as we now don't have any other strikers. Will we have any speed up front or will we get stuck?? I'm worried now

Also add Kyle Walker to that list he has fractured his arm in a practice match and will be in a cast for 6 weeks.
