what worries me is our inability still to defend set pieces, look at the samba goal.....although there were a couple of fouls. Hope Delaps shoulder goes again!!

Yeah...Delap always causes problems. I think Dawson and Bassong will be able to cope with those long throws. Man City couldn't because their back line has had problems all season. I just hope we will be able to. That seems to be how they score a lot of their goals. In free play I am not all that scared of Fuller or Tuncay for that matter, though the latter can be quite good.

If we are to get a Champions League place we should be beating teams like Stoke (no disrespect). Stoke are very strong at home they took a point off Villa and Man City and have only lost to Man Utd,Chelsea,Birmingham and the scum. Lets prove again in this game that we are ready to challenge for the top 4.

Away to Stoke is a tough match and one im sure harry wont let them forget how important it is to win. If we are to finish in the top 4 we must beat them. There are no second chances at this stage of the season. I dont care how scrappy it is we have to win by any means, long ball or pretty football.

There's not really a bright side to this fixture.
Wolves scalped us at home and then did the same on the return fixture at Molineux.
Stoke are likely to do the same.

We need Everton to draw with City at least.

Im really confident about this game normally i would sit on the fence but we are playing really well. And if im correct Shawcross wont be avalible for this game so thats a massive positive for us.

I know i should'nt get to carried away but ive got a good feeling about this game!!!

if he does play it will be interesting to see how he copes after his sending off,that sort of thing effects people in differant ways,either way we need a result there thats for sure.coys

Thats a great point ire.... i dont think his the sort of player that will hide.

Not only that he'll have the home supporters so that will help him. Id much rather he didnt play cos his a real threat from set pieces.
