LOL - greedy Defoe has three assists. The stats just goes to show that we're missing Lennon...his assists are crucial. Then again, we've got Bale and Kranjcar both starting less games than Lennon
It's been a good season for Spurs goals in the Premier League so far with 50 already scored after 28 matches, compared with 45 for the entire 2008-09 season.
Our defence has also considerably tightened-up with just 27 goals conceded so far this season, compared with 45 for 2008-09.
