Just goes to show all Jamie ever wanted was regular football, even with a club in trouble he gives his all every week, I wish some of our primadonas had the same attitude...Swanny

Portsmouth midfielder Jamie O'Hara believes he is in the best form of his career and is enjoying playing Premier League football on a regular basis despite the club's woes on and off the pitch.
O’Hara joined Pompey on loan from Tottenham Hotspur for the second time this season during the January transfer window and says he is enjoying life at the club.
“I want to play and it's a fantastic club. I wanted to be here for the season and come back,” he said.
“I'm playing Premier League football every week. Why wouldn't I want to be here?”
“I'm playing every week and the fans are great with me. What more could I want?”
O’Hara is also happy with the consistency of his game and believes it has contributed to his superb form, which included a Man of the Match performance against Southampton in the FA Cup last weekend.
“I'm really playing well and I feel I'm consistent in every game," he added. "As a midfielder you want to be consistent every week, so that's pleasing.”
“I want to add a few goals to my game, but I'm enjoying my football.”
“I think I am on top form. This is probably the best form I have been in in my life, to be honest.”
The 23-year-old will be hoping to carry his form into this weekend's game against Stoke City at Fratton Park as Portsmouth look to put the off field troubles behind them and move away off the foot of the table.

Come On You SPURS
If only we`d of had him playing for us against Wolves the other week instead of that useless shit Jenarse.
for the life of me i cant work out why he is on loan to them when we could so bl00dy well do with him.
it is better to fail aiming high, than to succeed aiming low,
and we spurs fans have set our sites very high,
so high in fact that even failure will have in it
an echo of glory.
Jamie"s committed and thats half the battle, surely he"s better than JJ ?
Another one that has been kicked right in the bollox by Arry.
I love the kids work ethic to be honest.
He is a million time the player that Jenus is.
Remember the most you can ask from any player is that they give you 100% effort.
The skill and flair is all on top of that minimum standard.
And he is a genuine left pegger. Not many decent ones of them about.
still think its down to the fact pompy are the only team that dont have at least 5 players that spunked up his missus

That is also a very valid point mate.
I heard a rumor that she was the one to put him up to leaving.
I'll take him over JJ any day of the week. If he continues getting better we could use him at the lane next year as cover at any of our midfielders I feel.
hmmm i still reckon he's got a part to play as a yiddo next season. pompey go down, 'arry did his best to save em, but fails, takes jamie back under his wing and jenarse is replaced by montolivo/sandro/sandra/my gran, leaving four decent CM's to battle for a place in a title challenging side (oh shut up a man's entitled to dream!)
P.S. big 600th post - aint exactly 1,000 yet but still, I've loved being part of this forum, long may it continue![]()
TOTTENHAM 'TIL I DIE!
If loan deals are about proving yourself to your contracted club then its been a success surely, can't see what else you could expect from a player at a club in Portsmouth circumstances. At least if Harry still isn't interested he has gone up in value but I really hope he stays with us.
He wasn't getting 'regular' football and if he was at the lane he still wouldn't. We have Wilson, Tommy, Luca, Nico, Aaron, David all in front of him, not to mention Eidur and JJ (best not mention JJ). The whole point of loans is to allow players to gain 'regular' first team experience, the fact that Jamie can do this in the PL is a big bonus for him and for us.
I am sure not one of the posters here would have him in our starting 11 so are you suggesting we have him as a bench warmer? Playing at Portsmoutn is the best option for him and he's taking the opportunity well. Pompey are getting relegated so either we will have him back, still not sure if he get's a start, or we can sell him at a much increased value.
Having him sitting on the bench at the lane all season would have achieved nothing, without regular match practice he would have come off the bench and probably looked just as crap as JJ does ................
“Show class, have pride, and display character. If you do, winning takes care of itself.”
Get your point but its about having a good squad and very rare that you get to play your best 11 two or three weeks in a row. If you play between 25-30 games in a season for a top club then thats good going, and I can see Jamie doing that. Plus we'll probably be in europe next season so a good squad is needed. Tom and Wilson would be our 1st choice, but Jamie would defo be the next 1 in cm.
Like the fella and his work rate is excellent, but his he the quality we need, nah don't think so, would do a good job at the likes of Pompey, Wigan, Burnley etc.
