I have just recieved this email from THFC inviting me to take part in a focus group for the new stadium, I am imensly honoured and excited to be one of the chosen members to be put forward for this discussion group...Swanny
NORTHUMBERLAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
As I am sure you are now aware, the Club has submitted its planning application to the London Borough of Haringey for the Northumberland Development Project, a development for a world class stadium alongside homes, shops and public space that will invigorate and regenerate the north Tottenham area.
As part of the ongoing consultation process, we would like to draw on a selection of our supporters with disabilities in order to take part in focus groups, discussions and to provide opinion and ideas as we seek to deliver a fully accessible and inclusive stadium with superb facilities and uninterrupted viewing positions for all.
At present, I must emphasise that we are in the very early stages of the development, with the outline planning permission only recently been submitted. We will therefore contact a selection of our disabled supporters with a view to participating in future focus group meetings. If you would like to participate in the focus group meetings, please notify me by return. It is envisaged that all meetings will be held at White Hart Lane during business hours. If the number of volunteers exceeds the number of places we are able to cater for, we will choose a selection of supporters by random ballot.
Thank you for your participation and I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely

Walking in high circles now buddy , congratulations mate , I couldn't think of a better person to represent the disabled supporters of our club . A very well travelled and very observant person that will give a true picture of what other teams offer their disabled supporters as well as ours and how we can compete with what they give .
Football should be for everybody and should not dicriminate on any level . I hope you get a fair deal for all our disabled supporters and lets hope our oppositions disabled supporters will be able to take home story's of our great hospitality .
Once again congratulations mate

Well done Swanny!
Make sure you tell them about the treatment we got at Molineux - that cosy little room with a TV and the freebie hot drinks.
And see if you can get me a job as the resident cookie maker. "BrumSpur's Biscuit Booth" has quite a ring to it, don't cha think??![]()

Well done Swanny!
If you can keep your head when all around you are losing theirs and blaming it on you ... you probably haven't a clue what's going on!

Well done M8. A while back I suggested you would be a great ambassador for disabled supporters, with your knowledge and experience to bring to the new WHL. We all know how planners and architects can cock up.

Oi you don't forget to represent us bi pods too
Great to know they have real fans involved in the huge decisions that will shape our clubs home for possibly the next 100 years +.
Mate if you are involved this is a huge huge privilege and definitely nothing to be taken lightly.
How many fans would die to have their opinions heard about the proposed plans.
Truly privileged mate well done.
