For me the answer is easy, get Lennon fit, cant believe how much we miss the wee man.
But the point of this thread is not to wave a magic wand, I want your 3 things that Harry SHOULD or MUST or CAN do right now to sort out our bad form and lack of goals.
My 3 are:
1. Drop Crouch, although not the worse player on the pitch, I hate the way his presence makes us play. And he's not scoring.
2. Harry, prove to me that you are the legend PLAYER manager and ot just good in the transfer market and play ROMAN PAV. If you can put confidence in that fella and make him play, I will be a believer.
3. Wake up Charlie. His form has dropped and i want him to find his way back. Charlie needs to find his form again, and Bentley needs to work harder in his defensive duties.
4 (bonus). Get the midfield to work better as a unit when the opposition sites back and defends their goal, only. Wilson, tHud, Modric, Jenas and Handsome, never seem sure of each others movements when they play together. Could be due to Harrys constant CHANGING of the team and formation and tactics.
What you say boys?

1. Kidnap Jenas and dump him on a desert Island.
2. Bench the giraffe and play the Russian.
3. Play Kranjcar as attacking midfielder (assuming that Crocuh is dropped meaning we won't be hoofing it over Hudd's head no more, and I prefer what Kranjcar brings to the party).

1) Give Pavlyuchenko a chance ahead of Crouch.
2) Try Kranjcar in a slightly more advanced central midfield role next to Palacios. Not like the Chelsea diamond, but you all get what I mean.
--------------------Palacios-----------
Lennon--------------------------Modric
-----------Kranjcar--------------------
Something similar to that. Maybe not against the better teams, but when we need to break teams like Stoke, Wolves, Hull, Bolton down I think that could work a treat.
3) Get Harry to work the touchline more. I'm sick of seeing him slumped in that chair sulking when we can't win a game instead of changing things.
Super Harry Redknapp,
He wears a magic hat,
He couldn't fly to Anfield
So turned into a cat!
If 'Arry is so intent on playing 4-4-2, then I agree with dropping Crouch and playing Pav in his place. We have seen good link up play between Pav and Defoe in the past and I believe this could only improve if they played alongside each other on a week-in week-out basis.
I would also keep the Dawson-Bassong partnership consistent, and stop reinstating King into the first team when he's fit. The Dawson-Bassong partnership already seems solid and kept 6 clean sheets in a row for us, and this can also improve in the future and become a top class CB partnership for us.
I have no idea what the 3rd thing would be. I suppose it would involve getting JJ out of our club though.
COME ON YOU SPURS!!!
We only need 1 thing.....
...to start playing our football again!!!!
1) build a cloning machine
2) clone jenas 9 times
3) play a 5-2-2-1 formation with crouch up front and the 10 jj's slotting into the rest of the spots
1 - Get Harry up of his bum and start managing from the sidelines.
2 - Stop playing the hopeful long ball and get it down and start passing.
3 - Jenas............................Bye.
"There's a fine line between madness and genius - God removed that line and replaced it with Gazza"
1. Obviously the first, and by all means the most important, thing is to get rid of Jenas. Don't want to see him as a sub, in the FA cup, or even in a fookin' friendly. He just has to go...plain and simple. Not like this is a new claim or anything.
2. Get Lennon fit BUT DON'T FORCE HIM BACK IN. The last thing we want is to have him come back too soon, or play too many minutes in his first game back, and then get hurt again. It is vital that we get a fully 100% Lennon back. Look at the level of our play before he got injured (keep in mind this was with Crouch in the lineup as well!), and look at where we've gone since. This step is of vital importance.
3. This might not be the most popular choice, but I'm going to say it anyway. During weekend fixtures (when King is fit) play a King-Bassong partnership in the back. I think that Dawsons form has dipped recently. He's getting sloppy and giving away free kicks in bad areas more often than he should. IMO King is still, without question, our best defender, even without training. This fact has been magnified in the last few fixtures as Dawson hasn't been quite as convincing. Still think Daws is the solution in the long term...but just so we get back on our feet I would try this partnership out.
Bonues....fine fine fine, play the Russian, but don't abandon Crouch altogether. Either rotate the two of them or bring on Crouch as a sub when needed.

Tottenham-ManU (17-02-2010)
1.Find a pen taker and quick!
2.Drop Jenas and bring back O'hara.
3.Arry would need to stop playing favorites
1- get Lennon healthy (by far the most important)
2- give Pav a proper run- not because I think Pav's a world-beater, but we have two options in the front, and we don't give the opposition much to think about. If you stop Crouch from knocking it off to Defoe, you've really gummed up our works. I'd say a different attacking look might be in order too, even if it means Defoe by himself with Krancjar and Lennon on either side just behind him. Kind of like what United did with Rooney two years ago. Just sort of thinking out loud here
3-Palacios and Dawson- keep up the effort, but more discipline, in terms of giving the ball away, giving up silly free kicks and finding another option than Crouch when we're in possession (mainly Dawson here). They are sort of typical of our form of late in that they've been working their arses off, but not playing terribly smart football.
Agree with the majority of the posts:-
1) Get rid of Jenas, he should not be allowed to wear the Spurs shirt ever again, and one of my soucers tells me that Jenas knows the Spurs fans don't like him.
2) Drop Crouch and get Pav (what on earth has this fella done to upset Arry)
3) Get Lennon back asap.
1) Crouch off!...Pav on!
2) Krankie/Bentley/Bale to take pens!
3) Bye bye Ledders...Thanks for everything!....Welcome Bassong fulltime!
1.fit Modric and Kranjcar (or soon it will be a problem for one of them)...
2.Crouch out, Pav or Eidur in...
3.Ledders out, Bassong in...
+BAE in..(sorry guys but il rather have good defensive player),give more minutes to Bale from bench...
alltogether change the team formation caus this dont work anymore...
1. Play Niko and Modric not Niko or Modric. They both should be in every week
2. The Pav in. Crouch gone. Get the confidence back in Roman and we've atop striker again
3. And as most will reluctantly agree. King Out. How can you form a partnership with something every second week. Daws/Bass to the CL
1. Give Pav a go - World cup year and all that
2. Never ever play Jenas, call O'Hara back instead
3. Use Krancjar more
4. Stop changing the back 4
