As many of you are aware lately there has been a number of conflicts between members.

Im not sure whats going on with you lot whether its just because of the slump in form but there has been a serious change in mood on the forum and its going to stop.

I dont care whether your black , white , yellow , Muslim , Jewish , Christian , Male , female or any other warp of life , you could be a monkey as far as i care and im pretty sure a monkey would behave with a little more respect than some of you are showing each other.

The point being that when you are on this forum you are all the same , you are all here for the same reason , if you want to bitch and moan then piss off down your local pub and do it.

Another thing that got my goat was a couple of conversations about the male and female debate of the point that women dont have a place in football, I think this is well below the belt and if you think like that then again your place probably isnt around this forum.

On top of that and this really winds me up, is those of you that think that people that do not go to games are not real fans , for **** sake wake up , what do you think a forum is all about ? Its to bring everyone together that cant make the games, if you want to talk to JUST people that go to the games then go to the official Spurs forum , its only for members so everyone there has been to a match.

From this point on if there is any belittling or insulting other members you will get an instant 1 months ban , no questions asked, whether you are an experienced member or new member.

Not only that but you all have 10 lives , meaning you have 10 infraction points, Mods can dish out infraction points of any value for any reason, Once you reach 10 infractions you are banned for 1 month.

So for example , if i was to give someone 3 infraction points for being a complete tool then you have 7 more before the ban, but if i feel that what ever you have done deserves an instant 10 points your banned for 1 month right away. Points can be given out between 1 and 10 for any offence.

Now i dont want people to now reply to this thread saying " yes im maybe guilty or to be partly to blame"

As far as im concerned Everything before this moment is now past, But anything after this will be dealt with accordingly.

You all know with exception of the newer members that i have to write this rubbish every 6 months or so , im getting fed up with it . Also watch your swearing , there are younger people viewing the forum and its not nice to see F this and F that in every post.

About time everyone grew up abit and started showing a bit of respect.

Exactly, the forum has always been known for its better more PC conversations , thats something we WONT lose no matter how big the forum gets.

The reason this forum is what it is now is because of the way we do things , that isnt going to change and its never been detrimental to the forum. As i said no one is an exception to the rules and will be dealt with if the rules are not kept too.

I also forgot to add , Multiple monthly bans will not happen . If you are banned for a second monthly ban then it turns in to a permanent ban . So re-offending is not an option.

Please expand on this point Gaffa, are you saying it's not acceptable to use fook or feck in posts or are members using swearing in it's full entirety?

Obviously since the forum is growing we cant veto everything, so feck and fook on occasions will be left in a jokey term , its mainly when its aimed at some one else or its just being said for the sake of saying it . I dont think there is any need to have entire threads with Feck and fook in every single post , Im sure people are quite capable of writing and making their point with out it.

Obviously when we having a laugh and joke its perfectly normal but you could probably look through most threads of late and it will be used at least 3 times in places where it really doesnt need to be said

I gather then the mods will lead the way with this cos for sure they are some of the biggest offenders, I for one only really started to use it when I saw how often they do and gathered it was acceptable. I try to write constructive articles but also like to have some banter just to prove I'm not all serious but rules are rules and Iv'e got no problem with obeying them I just want it to be clear on where I stand.

I think you missed the main point Swanny, The swearing thing was just to finish my moaning session , as i said its mainly the parts that its aimed at people which we will be hitting hard at. we all know who says what including myself and the mods, In jest which everyone can understand its a joke ( im not saying its good ) it will probably be over looked .

We understand that we cant moderated everything and everyone but there has to be rules, if the rules arnt their then we might aswell open the doors to every scum in the land and let everyone have a good go . Same principle

But how come kev is still not being warned or banned on this forum?

This guy is such a disgrace. On my van nistelrooy post. I said that keane has been crap for us since he came back to us but I am greatful for what he has done but he goes on and says he ****ed my mum, insulted me as a ****ing foreign because I am not english etc. I didn't insult him ONCE in the whole thread because I thought he is not worth it. I cba with nazis.

Yet he didn't get any warning? But my thread gets closed and all the insults kev made on me got deleted.....

If I would say that I ****ed the mother of kev I would get life time ban on this forum but he can go on like it was nothing, pretty unfair.
