What no Crouchy?????

With regard to all those on this forum who have been:

1. Complaining Peter Crouch is no good
2. Complaining we play 'long ball'
3. Complaining it's 'not the Spurs way'

Well you got your wish, no Peter Crouch, no 'long balls', no attacking options and no points !!! Is that the Spurs Way?

And 'Arry WTF you didn't start Crouchy in the home game and we looked one dimensional and lost, you didn't start him today ........ guess what we looked one dimensional and lost again.

I am not saying we are a one man team but we do have limited options with our strikers, our No 1 and 2 pairing is Defoe and Crouch in a must win game why did we not start with these two? 'Arry you got it wrong ........

after crouch came we actually looked good in the last 20 minutes.

Don't complain about our passing we completed nearly 100 more passes than we did against Villa, trouble is that with limited attacking options we did an 'Arsenal' and played 90% of them backwards and sideways ...

Passes against Villa 296 - attempts on goal - 33
Last night passes 378 attempts on goal - 13

i said it because of some terrible passes that went nowhere, it seems to me we were bad in that area..so i see we tryed, we have been passing but didnt know how to create chance from all those passess..we have lost something...like harry trained them to look stupid...they tryed but they didnt know how...with Crouch its long, without Crouch same shit i have no idea what is the tactic without him...either way it looks bad...

yeah agree we did look a bit more thratening after crouch came on but that was only because we were so poor beforehand, Gudjohnson did absolutly zilch a very forgettable debut in our colours

Harry got it wrong, his team selection was crap last night. Modric, Crouch and Corluka all should have started. We are definitely missing Lennon, just look at the stats since he was injured......looks like mid-table mediocrity again!!

hoofing it long to Crouch! If the only reason we lose is
because we don't have Crouch, how would we get on
if he was banned or injured and couldn't play.
When Bent was here, most posters on this forum were
of the opinion that we didn't play to his strengths, yet
a lot now seem happy that we play long ball to Crouch.
As Figgy says, you can't please some people.
