I remember the England team used to get interviewed and would challenge each other to get so many things of a certain subject into the interview . Great banter for the dressing room morale but Defoe is buying thinking time and telling the bloke that he knows what he's talkin about . All good points put forward - without hearing the questions it does sound a bit scatter gun but it shows me that he is very happy with the players around him in both set ups and bolstered Harry's arguement about Ledders training with the England squad is a negative choice , but playing for England is a positive choice .
I seriously think that once we are definite qualifiers Cappello will field Ledley King to see if he could just walk into the team without actually training with them = I also think he will be blown away by how good he actually does play without the gel process being called upon .
At least he hasnt got the dreaded '...know what i'm sayin...' bug !!
