just heard on sky news that king is out of the england game through injury bring him back to spurs and forget england for now
Moved this thread mate as it was in the wrong place.
If this is true then i feel for him. I think it will spell the end of his internation career if its the case. Have you got a link?

He is always injured!!!
I think the rest will do him and us good but gutted for him on a personal level.
feel for him =/ goes without saying he truly could have been one of the best cb's of all time without his troubles. Without Uefa cup next year he should be able to play most of our games next year thothat is of course, barring injuries. Is that likely?
Hes definitely 'sicknote' MK2 - just hope hes up for next season !! And stays sober![]()
I would be really happy to see him give up his aspirations to play for England. We need him to be playing more regularly at Spurs.
I feel sorry for the guy, but, for me Spurs come 1st.
I'm sure we'll aways wonder how great Ledley could have been if not for the injuries!
Been a terrific player for us and done great service for England - as a central midfielder as well as a centre back!
How good has he been anyway!!!!!!
I would be very glad for him to retire altogether from International duty. I actually think it's time to replace him in our squad too, keep him as a bench/backup player and give him a coaching role as reward for service and commitment. He can get his badges and have a career post playing straight away while he is still young and respected. It is not realistic to keep him as part of the backbone of the team when he can't play twice in a week; even without the UEFA etc, we are playing Liverpool at home, Hull away and Wet Spam away within 8 days in the Premier League in August. We need a good start and at best he might manage two of the three... not good enough for a team with aspirations...
