Caught the game last night and I must say Palacios impressed. I've seen him play for Honduras, but haven't had a chance to see him for Wigan or Spurs.
Crunching tackles, good work ethic, and the right attitude. Some of his clearances were iffy but on the whole I thought he put in a good shift.
Just the man we need in the midfield: Physical, and opposition will be hearing the footsteps after one of his tackles.
he is a quality player he will be a big asset for us in mdfield very strong good passer of the ball and works very hard
On the evidence of his performances for Wigan and his first few appearances in a Spurs shirt he's gonna be a great buy!
He is exactly the type of player we needed. He has a presence about him, strong, a ball winner. Also has a great work ethic.
I would like to see Palacios and Luka in the centre of midfield. Luka is wasted on the left IMO.

That's what I'd like to see too DayTrader - Palacios' strength would allow Modric to bring the creativity in to the midfield that Jenas fails to deliver with any consistency.
The boy is right on the money, he will be a Spurs legion !

I cannot say just how important I think this guy is going to become for our team. He is exactly what we have been missing at Spurs for years. We have had players that have tried to do the job in midfield but I really think Palacios is the real deal. Just hope we can keep hold of him for a long time.
