Some great names there which evoke great memories - not sure I'd consider some of them as strikers though!

For me the glaring omission is Alan Gilzean - surely a Spurs legend!

I'd forgotten about Chris Jones till seeing his name here - an unsung hero indeed!

For me our most "wasted" striker was Nico Claeson - a terrific record with a then excellent Belgian international team. But with David Pleat's 4-5-1 formation featuring Clive Allen up front on his own he never got a chance really!

And what about Martin Peters!!!
