i thought he did ok last night and his goal should of stood. i would like to see him used as a sub a bit more
+1
He is very underated in my opinion. He will only do us good![]()
When you take strikers from other top5 clubs, Crouch-defoe seems so inadequate, but on the other hand, Pav - Gudjohnson breeds with quality.
Yeah, i was pretty convinced that Gudjohnsen wasnt offside for that goal. There were a couple of dodgy offside calls in that game.
He looked ok, he's still got to settle with the squad and that will only come with more games. Dont know how many he'll get, although he is Harry's signing so maybe he'll get a few.
I'd personally like to see him given a chance alongside Palacios in central midfield. I think that could be a go'er.
With the news about Defoe , he might have to start with Pav on Sunday!
Also palacios is down with the 'virus' also.
I think Gudjohnson looked bright against bolton. Showed some great movement and was involved since he came on the pitch.
Tottenham Hotspur - A Life Long Labour of Love.
He aint match fit yet and he clearly doesnt know how to play with every one yet.
This was all to evident against a poor Bolton side.
Granted it was a great little reversed pass for Bale on the overlap but the rest of his touches and passes were nothing spectacular imo.
Think after a few months he could be a great link up man but he does look similar to Pava in his movement paterns.
1. was defo offside
2. he'll be fine
The guy needs to pick up some speeds he did ok but he lacked the speed.
ehhh, tough for a guy whose 30-plus to increase his speed. I still think hes going to be an effective player for us. Wouldn't even mind a permanent deal, if the price were right and he shows in the coming months that he can gel with the side.
<------ Arsene Wenger
thats a good thing tht harry thought of him he shoowed us hes worth gr8 work from harry good choice
Eider did play good today. thankfully because once again Crouch was no where to be found on the pitch in my mind.
Sky Sports | Football | Premier League | News | Redknapp wants Gudjohnsen stay
Redknappwas full of praise for the former Chelsea star and has now confirmed that he will talk with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy
about attempting to make the move permanent.
The Spurs boss said: "I want to keep him here next year. He's a real top player and he's got fantastic ability. With Jermain Defoeout injured he has got a big part to play.
"The chairman did the deal for him and I don't know the details, but we are certainly interested. The rest of the lads like him and they really love playing with him
Do or Die !
i dont think we should buy him arnt we thinkin of cavani how many strikers should we have :P
After a few unimpressive sub appearances, I though Eidur looked the part against Stoke...Plus a tasty goal and a step-over dummy for Krankie's 2nd!
