Carp fishing for me nice relaxing long sessions with peace and quiet, got enough with Spurs matches can't cope with anymore.

I dont get much time now, but was a keen and i like to think competent coarse angler (see my facebook for fishy pics). As for matches, only freindlys as I am not keen on being pools foder. Still got all my tackle and looking for the chance to wet a line - Any good Tench waters near you ?

there is a fantastic tench water about 30 miles from me, in fact it is classed as one of the best in the south. bovington 2 it is called, it is a CAPS water (club) which i am no longer a member of but the water holds a fair few double fig tench plus carp to just over 40

No worries fella you will soon get used to us,there are a few crazy barsterds on this forum like me, Kev, Unit, thfcire to name a few, some of us lunatics even have our own threads named after us. The main thing is we are all YIDS and this place helps us thru life.....simples
