Back down to earth with a baaaaaang.
Question 1. If Gomes is fit enough for the bench then why not start him??? he has 2 clean sheets against Manure & The best home record of any keeper last season.
Question 2. Why do we have GDS in our squad if we ain't going to use him???
Question 3. 2-1 down to ten men WHY Hutton for Corluka? IMO Hutton ain't premier league material.
Question 4. Pavlyuchenko looked so fresh & up for it in pre season & gave Utd problems last season & scored 3 goals in a week for Russia so why not atleast bring him on???
Question 5. Who's idea was it for the entire 2nd half to keep lumping the ball upfield looking for Crouch???
Question 6. Whats the point in Jermaine Jenas???

Top 4 no chance this year.

1) I can only assume we didn't want to aggravate the injury in any way as he's just got back. Expect him to start v the Chavs.
2) Dunno. Did he make the bench? He has the usual attitude problems someone of his age gets and 'Arry don't like it.
3) I can only assume it was to counter Rooneys pace as Charlie was getting minced by it, but it didn't work out in the end!
4) As much as most of us do, 'Arry clearly don't rate Pav and preferred to use Crouch as the target man (which he did a good job at) it just didn't work today.
5) See 4.
6) There is no point. Nuff said.
