its back!!! spurs' greatest success cup is finally back, and we begin our trail to regain OUR trophy after 19 years of hurt against posh at WHL, they are sitting bottom of the championship at the time of writing, and with a decent team out with no complacency we should go through unscathed, i'd have a few squad players out there combined with a few regulars to freshen the team up and hopefully give the squaddies a chance to prove themselves

I can't see harry playing Ledley in this one! no point.
Hopefully the scoreboard will actually get up to the magic 10 this time,
i can't predict anything less than a right old tonkin for the posh, 6 or 7
goals at least.

Maybe we could do with resting Dawson somehow. Looking at the fixture list it is conceivable that King can play here and be ready for the Liverpool game on the 10th without agrivating his knee. King could do with an extra game under his belt and Daws has been playing week in week out for us so he deserves a rest. Maybe even rest Hudd too if we can. Kancjar could be given a shot in the centre maybe? I'd give Pav and Rose a start. I'm personally hoping Keane can grab himself a hatrick.

LOL...that is so true..it's ashame he dosn't play more youngsters in more games...

Dos Santos should appear iin the game...Pav not to sure.. he has just had a public feud out with Harry do not sure if Harry will even pick him..
Lennon won't play.. think he is injured (newspaper reports) ... Modric should play so he can get match fit (though judging by his last performance he is ok).. Keane will defo feature..

Matches like this should be used for trying out different posibilities in game and line-up,and resting players who play all the time,have no fear I believe Arry knows that...

Would really like to see what Gio and Rose can do with a full 90. If Hutton starts (which I'm willing to bet he will) he'd better not last a half. Naughton is one of our most promising younger players and he needs to get some time.

Think modric need time on the pitch, Dawson our main cb now so would rest him. On bench i'd use Gio and like to see another youngster someone like Livermore if back.
