Do you know what sort of price they sell their tickets for? Just wondering as I always get the old 'anybody need tickets?' 'spare tickets for sale' spoken to me as the walk past me on the walk down.
All depends on quite a few factors but the main point to bear in mind is fix your sights on one particular tout ask for a price then stand back and watch how many he shifts and if you time it right you can get them for face value or near enough, just be cool and wait till nearly KO time and they shift them cheaper because there no good after the game and they don't want to lose out

Find out what face value for that game is and have an ammount you are prepared to pay over that £5 or £10 notes???
If they try to bump ya then fook em, wait til they are effectively out of pocket like Swanny says.

Okay, it's a risky business traveling with no tickets.. but I know at some point I will end up doing a last minute trip! So I might as well know the ins and outs.
Thanks guys![]()
some instances if your willing to miss KO a little you can even get it less than face value. i want to say i recall hearing someone did that with an american sport but not too sure.
If i need one , i wait til after ko and walk along the high road and ask the first one i come to where the seat is . I then offer face value if its a decent enough seat , if its not a decent seat i offer less than face value or try another few . There's always at least 10 sometimes up to 20 touts about . I've never gone and not seen the game = as in there are always tickets available .
First rule of ticket buying is ,
believe it or not = go to the ticket office in paxton road and ask if they have had any late returned tickets . Some season ticket holders get caught out and call up to see if the ticket office can fill there seat rather than lose out completely , the ticket office deduct the administration fee and print off a ticket . The season ticket holder only loses £5 administration fee . Failing that , you can try the touts route .
