Well where to start with this one after the disappointment of the CC exit, Corluka, Kranjcar and BAE should all return with maybe Woody partnering Daws at the back if fit. On the good side Everton are in action tonight against AEK Athens so should be wrecked for the match, add to that Rodwell and Distin have gone off injured already tonight.
Gomes
Corluka Woody Daws Bae
Lennon Pal Hudd Kranj
Defoe Crouch

Always difficult to tell with an away game. From stats and freshness of teams it looks like an easy win on paper. I'm guess 1-0 to us. Kranjcar will make all the difference to the cc performance.
Really hoping Modric makes the bench, and we are in a posistion to give him 10 at the end.
i agree the team but pav instead of crouch 2-1 spurs
Agree for the most part with the lineup.
Paul, I just don't see Pav getting a start. With his agent running his mouth in the press, I imagine 'arry will let him sit the bench until we can ship him out.
As much as it pains me to say it, I think Palacios could use a rest, even for just a half. While good thus far this season, he's not been up to the standard he was last season.
EDIT: After thinking, I would rest Palacios and shift Kranjcar next to Hudd. We could then play Bale on the left wing, where I think he is most effective.

We all follow the Tottenham!
I would actually like to see Bale get a run in this match. I thought he was good against MANure, espcially going forward. I would go:
-----------Gomes------------
-Charlie-Woody-Daws-BAE-
-Lennon--Hudd--Krank--Bale-
-------Defoe--------Crouch
Alnwick
Naughton
Jenas
Bentley
Keane
Pav
Palacios
With this lineup I'm going for a 2-1 result. Its going to be tough on the Road. Their fans will be in full voice trying to rebound from that loss to Liverpool. I like Defoe and Kranjcar. Jo or Saha will grab a sloppy goal, maybe off a set peace, for them.
I'd be surprised if we saw any changes from the Villa game, although I wouldn't be shocked to see Keane return to the starting lineup. (not saying that should happen, btw)
Bale on the left and Kranc in the center is an interesting thought though.
Everton have looked really really ordinary with nothing going forward.
1-0 us. JD on a knockdown from Crouch sometime late in the game.![]()
my only comment is that i am not disappointed by the CC exit. in fact, I am delighted.

Should be a bit more goals than 1, lads need at least two or three under their belts to forget the last two games.
3-1 Spurs

Im going for a 2-1 win at the toffees but a draw is prob on the cards, as for line ups then hopefully half that shower that played tuesday will be f*cking dropped, im actually getting sick of seeing the likes of Bentley,JJ and the other half wits getting games!
Drop Hudd and Put Krank alongside Willy, drop Keane and play Crouch but get Harry to tell the pricks not hump the ball up to him and play it into feet FFS.
Lets also hope if the rumours are true in january wel be getting Sandro to replace Mr Blobby.
COYS
gomes
corluka king??? woodgate??? ekotto
lennon palacios kranjcar bale
defoe crouch
im sorry but wilson has to play, everton are a tough and hard team and we need his steel and grit in the middle of the park, JD and crouch up front to torture their defence with lennon providing the ammunition on the right, bale impressed me in midweek coming forward, we need a fresh pair of legs and i think he'll step up and be counted on sunday with good balls into crouch's head, will ledley and woody be fit? if not dawson has to play as he has been excellent when called on
2-0 spurs
defoe and then bale

It's the first time I've seen Moysie smile in months....Ominous!
I reckon:
Gomes
Charlie - Woody - Daws - Bennie
Lennon - Thud - Krankie - Bale
Defoe - Pav (I can dream, can't I?)
