tickets for west ham away

just applied for a west ham away ticket and was just wondering how long you have to wait before you know if you have been granted a ticket or not? Also does the money go out straight away?

You find out after the application period is closed. The official website under ticket office today will give updates on the loyalty points for the game. If you are above this, you can be confident you got the tickets. You then wait for confirmation email. It is then that money is taken out...
