Afternoon Spurs fans, I'm back once again to see what your views are ahead of our game on Saturday at The Britannia Stadium.

As some of you now know, we on Delilahs forum try to get a feature going before the game on our site and in the past you on here have been good to us, so I hope that can continue. I'm not going to say too much about our game except to say that at least Dick Turpin had the front to wear a mask before walking back to Northumberland Park

Got to say though that I really do think that you have a great chance at making the top four this season and would find it 'funny as' if you did it and mancity blew it

For those who have not been to Stoke before, we advise you wrap up warm, because even on a warm day, it's a bit tatas in the stadium, A Harvester is right next to the ground which also welcomes away fans.

What were your expectations for the season, and what are they now?

Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why?

What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?

Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?

What team are you likely to put out against us?

Any guesses on what you think the score will be?

And if any of you want to come over for some pre-match chat then you are more than welcome. (you do need to use a valid email address to register though)

Thanks again lads, and I'll pop back and keep an eye on how things are progressing.

Welcome back BTW - remember you when you came here with questions for the game at White Hart Lane

What were your expectations for the season, and what are they now?

Not to get relegated....top 6 now

Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why?

Past = Ginola - fantastic on the ball as too was Chris Waddle

Present = Defoe - excellent striker

What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?

A tough team to beat home and away. Delap has changed the way throw-in's are taken.

Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?

      Never been, sorry

What team are you likely to put out against us?

I'll leave that one to the others

Any guesses on what you think the score will be?

      1-0 Stoke or 1-1 Draw - it'll be scrappy

What were your expectations for the season, and what are they now?
Top 4 and remain top 4 - with the bonus of a cup run thrown in .....

Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why?
Glen Hoddle - Ability, Steve Perryman - Loyalty
Tom Huddlestone - Ability, Arron Lennon - Excitement

What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?
Well supported Midlands Club with 'proper' fans, I think Pulis does OK with the resources he has but is perhaps a little to negative.

Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?
You guys beating Chelski in the Gordon Banks v Peter Bonetti final in 1972

What team are you likely to put out against us?
Same as last week it's the only fit players we have ...

Any guesses on what you think the score will be?
1-3 to Spurs if we bring the shooting boots

What were your expectations for the season, and what are they now?

fifth and a decent cup run/fourth and F.A Cup final.

Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why?

David Ginola - had a season ticket when he was with us and was magical every week.

      Luka Modric - Sheer Class.

What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?

A good, solid team who play to their strengths, play better football then people give credit for. Tony Pulis performed miracles with the budget and the formerly average players now putting in great performances.

Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?

Never been to the Brittania personally but for the Spurs team, I think the less said about the Stoke away game last year the better. 2 red cards and a loss, not our best day.

What team are you likely to put out against us?

      Gomes

      Corluka - Dawson - Bassong - Assou-Ekotto

      Kranjcar - Palacios - Modric - Bale

      Pavlyuchenko - Defoe

Any guesses on what you think the score will be?

      2-1 spurs

      Top four.

Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why?

      Gazza. Ginola. Hoddle.

What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?

Good hard to beat team. Don't try and pretend to be something they are not.

Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?

      Getting bullied.

What team are you likely to put out against us?

      The strongest team possible.

Gomes, Charlie, Dawson, Bassong, BAE, Krancjar, Palacios, Modric, Bale, Pav, Defoe.

Any guesses on what you think the score will be?

2-0 spurs. Don't get me wrong. I have ALOT of respect for stoke as a team. However i think we are just hitting some good form and it's about time we done you lot over!

What were your expectations for the season, and what are they now?

Top 6 and a Cup, and I haven't budged from those expectations at all and I won't until the end of the season.

Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why?

Gazza, Ginola, Hoddle, Villa...the list is endless for past legends. From our current crop, the standouts would be Bale, Modrc, Lennon, Kranjcar, Pavlyuchenko, King, Dawson and Gomes amongst others.

What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?

I thought you'd go down immediately when you came up last season but you really have surprised me with your achievements so far. In these couple of seasons you've pretty much cemented your place as a mid-table EPL club, and with the right leadership perhaps you can get yourselves into Europe in a couple of years' time. I think Pulis is a great, shrewd manager, great in the transfer market and although his footballing philosophies aren't the prettiest, they are effective and he sticks by them.

Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?

Haven't visited yet, but would love to. I've heard you've got one of the best sets of home supporters in the country.

What team are you likely to put out against us?

Gomes - Corluka, Dawson, Bassong, Assou-Ekotto - Kranjcar, Palacios, Modric, Bale - Pavlyuchenko, Defoe

Any guesses on what you think the score will be?

I'll go for 2-1 to Spurs

What were your expectations for the season, and what are they now?
      - Top 6. Now: FA cup and CL football next season.
Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why?
Bale - Great player and still young. Great left foot and can put a free kick from a dangerous position in the back of the net
What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?
      - Don't know much about Pulis, but thoughts on Stoke are that they are a smaller club who just came up to the premiere league last season and seem content being midtable / not being relegated this term.
Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?
Never been to Stoke City as I have only been in England once, and was in London the entire time.
What team are you likely to put out against us?
Gomes;Corluka, Daws, Bassong, BAE; Modders, Wills, Niko, Bale; Defoe and Pav with Crouch coming on around 65-70th minute.
Any guesses on what you think the score will be?
2-1 Spurs Defoe and Pav with goals.

What were your expectations for the season, and what are they now?

Same as most others- top six and a good cup run. However, with the way things have turned out, this is a golden opportunity to take fourth.
Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why?

Klinsmann, he brought me to the club in the first place a long time ago.

Today, Modric, a very classy player with a massive workrate and better defensively than people give him credit for. The engine of this club.

What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?

No nonsense club with more quality than most fans give you credit for. Everybody dreads playing at the Britannia. I like and respect Pulis.

Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?

Never been. Maybe someday when I make the grand tour of Premiership grounds.

What team are you likely to put out against us?

      Gomes
      Corluka Dawson Bassong Assou-Ekotto
      Kranjcar Palacios Modric Bale
      Pavlyuchenko Defoe

I could see Harry starting Crouch as he might see him as more qualified for the type of game this will likely be, but with Pav's form it will be hard to leave him out.

Any guesses on what you think the score will be?
2-1 Spurs, like a lot of others have predicted. A huge three points for us if we could get them

past - glenn hoddle: god present - aaron lennon: best RW in the EPL

What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis? as a football club, proper english team with loyal fans and great players from the past, pulis is one of a now rare breed of an honest english manager that reminds you of a bloke you'd see in the stands, sets his teams out to do what they're best at and doesn't care what anyone thinks, i like that

Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.? haven't been but i know its a tough stadium to go to if you're faint hearted

What team are you likely to put out against us? gomes, corluka, bassong, dawson, assou-ekotto, kranjcar, modric, palacios, bale, defoe, crouch

Any guesses on what you think the score will be? 1-1

I was expecting a big improvement from a good squad which has materialised, IF we can maintain our form we could win the FA CUP and finish 5th in PL
Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why?
Too many but Jimmy Greaves, Pat Jennings as a boy through to Pav today
What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?

A good club with history ,Pulis has done a very good job there, but sooner or later will have to change the style of play to survive.

Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?

      never been there

What team are you likely to put out against us?
Dont know it depends on injuries and what system Arry thinks is best
Any guesses on what you think the score will be?
I dont predict our scores but it will be a tough game , just hoping we can win.

What were your expectations for the season, and what are they now?
At the start of the season I would say 6th place with at least an appearance in either the CC or FA cup final. Now, considering where we are, I expect us to finish fourth and possibly win the FA cup. Whether that will happen or not is a completely different question

Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why?
From the past I would be foolish not to say Gazza, and then i'd also go with Robbie Keane (as, at least at the moment) I don't consider him a present Spurs player. As far as players playing for us right now my favorites are Vedran Corluka, Wilson Palacios, Gomes, and Ledley King.

What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?
I'll admit, since promotion Stoke have been the most surprising team in the league in my eyes. I expected they would last all of one season. But from the looks of it you all are here to stay. Additionally I am a huge fan of Tony Pulis. His teams play together and work well. His tactics aren't pretty, but he hates Wenger...so that is certainly a plus!

Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?
Never been to Stoke, but from watching games the only thing that sticks out is how friggin' hard it is to get points there!

What team are you likely to put out against us?
My guess is that Harry will play:
      ------------Gomes------------
      Corluka-Dawson-Bassong-Bale
      Kranjcar-Palacios-Kaboul-Modric
      --------Defoe------Crouch------

I just think he will want some steel in the midfield for this one. Also, this will be the sort of game that suits Crouch, though it may very well be as a substitute.

Any guesses on what you think the score will be?
Nope....not really! I never know what to think when we play Stoke. I'm going to go with a 2-1 victory for Tottenham, but that may just be me being a homer. A draw is certainly likely, but we have been in great form lately, even with all of our injuries. One thing we can count on is it being an entertaining game.

What were your expectations for the season, and what are they now? top half of table, top five and a cup

Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why? Defoe, Bale, Modders and Pav. Loved Davids lol

What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?
i have alot of time for Tony Pulis, i think he is a great manager. My house mate is a stoke fan so i watch most, if not all of the games with him. At home you are a very threatening side and belive that at the brittnia you are an extremly difficult team to beat. Your games can be abit boring at times, not ment as a dig at all, as can ours (long ball to crouch ). All in all a respectable club, and i expect to see alot fromyou in seasons to come.
Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?
I have yet to have the pleasure of visiting the brittania, but i have been told it is a great attmosphere and that your fans know hoow to make noise lol
What team are you likely to put out against us?
      First team with crouch starting
Any guesses on what you think the score will be? we need a win but i recon it will be a 1-1 draw. On a down side if you beat us again i will never hear the end of it from my house mate lol
This never ending story, paid for with pride and fate, We all fall short of glory, lost in ourself

What were your expectations for the season, and what are they now?
I genuinely had no expectations, as we wre tripe untill Arry arived. All I wanted this term was not to be involved in another relegation battle. Now I want a crack at the Champions League. Minimum I want to finish above Dipperpool and the Mancs. That should secure the holy grail
Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why?
Lineker was my boyhood hero and Ginola was phenomenal to watch also. I love a tackler so Wilson or Ledley for now.
What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?
Pulis has done a great job with what he has got. You guys again play to ya strengths and bully the hell out of sides especially at home. Dont like it when you park the buss and play Anit-football though but if it gets the points as a fan you cant complain too much. I wouldnt be happy about it if Spurs ever adopted that approach as I love watching football.
Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?
Never been, but I immagine it would smell of coal.
What team are you likely to put out against us?
Full strength with injuries allowing. Will be a tough game.
Any guesses on what you think the score will be?
We gotta win, end of! 2-1 to us.

What were your expectations for the season, and what are they now?
Europa league spot and a league cup run. CL Place and FA cup finals.
Who are your favourite past and present Spurs players, and why?
Berbatov, wasted at Old Trafford in my opinion.
Modric, great technically and surprisingly strong for his size. He's on my shirt.
What are your thoughts on Stoke City as a football club, and in particular our manager, Tony Pulis?
Hard to beat. It sort of disgusts me that you injured Lennon on a poor challenge and instead of paying a penalty you are rewarded with a man-advantage. More positive side the entire game, Lennon walks off, sucker-punch, 3-points gone. Great great manager and I have nothing but respect him. And as someone said before, I like his quarrels with the Pedo from the pseudo-North London club.
Are there any particular memories that stick out for you on your visit's to Stoke City over the years.?
Yeah I'm American, only really been to Brighton and London when I've crossed the pond. Would love to go to White Hart Lane down the road.

What team are you likely to put out against us?
      Same as Blackburn match.
Any guesses on what you think the score will be?
1-1 Nick the result rom us in the dyimg moments.
