Fans 'inspirational' - Daws

Michael Dawson described our supporters as 'fantastic' after another impressive attendance for Wednesday night's FA Cup replay against Bolton.
It was another 30,000-plus figure - 31,426 - in the competition at White Hart Lane after near full-houses against both Peterborough United and Leeds United in the previous two rounds.
The fans left the Lane happy as well after another double from Roman Pavlyuchenko and two own goals secured a convincing 4-0 win and a quarter-final tie at Fulham on Saturday, March 6.
"It was another 30,000-plus turn out on a rainy Wednesday night and that's full credit to the fans, but that's what they are about," said 'Daws', who captained the side and led by example from the back.
"When we travel away we take massive crowds with us - just look at Wolves, Bolton and Wigan in recent weeks.
"You need the fans behind you and that gives the players a real lift, believe me.
"First of all it's up to us to play well on the pitch and when you have 30,000-plus in here singing loudly it's a real buzz."
As for the match, Michael was delighted to keep a 13th clean sheet in all competitions this season against a Bolton side that had their moments, but never quite looked as threatening as us in and around the penalty area.
"We were 2-0 up at half-time and we just said to make sure we went out and scored the third goal otherwise it could be interesting," added Michael.
"Two minutes after half-time we managed to get that third goal and from there it was comfortable for us.
"You always know you are in for a tough game when you play Bolton and they had a few chances, Gomes made a couple of good saves but when we got the ball down and played our football we looked good."

Come On You SPURS
This is the one thing thats continued to impress me this season. I really think we've got one of the best fan-bases in the league. Time and time again we hear our fans out-singing the home support on away matches.
The way the fans react towards Pav, I'm sure has a part to play in the lad's turn around.

Agreed, but Pav never had to 'turn around' at all!
That's why I was so annoyed that Harry never gave him a chance when the time was right. I had always trusted Pav. He can consistently score, was in his prime at Spartak Moscow (nearly 2 goals every 3 games) and is still in his prime during his time at Spurs.
Pav was the one putting them away in every cup match and that was when he was called on as a sub! So how can Harry not see what would happen if he started a game instead!?
Last night's game was an absolute treat to watch. Not just with Pav, but with all the players.
Bring on Fulham and another "big Support" in the away end!
Get your act together you bummer
