What do you think?
The weather in Liverpool seems to be ok, but from London to Liverpool it's another story....
And for us, we come from Belgium......So you see the way
We'll drive over to London, and we'll take the train to Liverpool. So a long journey but when we love, we don't count !!!
But I fear really the game will be called off..not for the weather in Liverpool but really for the fans who have to travel
Who else from the forum is going on Sunday I am anyone else?
Swannydownthelane.....great times,great memories
Come On You SPURS
decided not to go go, 'cos only had severly obstructed view tickets, n we like to keep an eye on the scully's in case they try to nick anything (Like Everton really lol)
We are under ice here at morecambe about an hour further north, but no more snow - seem to stop at the watford gap, got my tickets for Wolves n Wigan tho'

This weather may be a blessing in disguise:
Most modern premiership grounds can cope with snow and ice with little difficulty, this week's postponments at Arsenal, Utd and Blackburn were nothing to do with the grounds but were caused by the 'unsafe' surrondings and the danger to fans travelling at night after the games. Well that criteria will equally apply to this weekends games which will finish in near darkness and freezing temperatures. The late postponment at the Emirates also led to Arsenal refunding Bolton fans costs (credit to them for that) so this weekends games are liable to go early.
Back to my point, we and City are not involved in Europe the rest of the top 'contenders' are and already have a pretty full schedule. Just 1 or 2 games called off and Arse, Villa, Liverfool will be playing twice a week for much of the rest of the season, with their weaker squads this could seriously hurt them so I say LET IT SNOW.
Plus of course I am in Thailand where it's as always 30 degrees and sunny ...... COYS

Wigan's home game vs Villa is going ahead:
Aston Villa | Football Club | News | Club News | Club News | Wigan Game ON
So think it will be the same for our game at Liverpool!
It's been called off. Spurs fans with tickets are getting the calls and emails as we speak.

Game is off - on the BBC already .......
