Aldershot are my local team so I do often go and support them, only a 2 min train and costs me only £9 for the ticket!
First season in League Two after winning the BSP last season, overall a great season. Started off really well and was having a cheeky punt at the play-off positions! Had a amazing home record for about 8 months (carrying on from the season before in the BSP), but when that undefeated home record was broken our form was awful and we've slipped from the play-offs.
But still a mid-table finish for a newly promoted team in League Two is a good effort IMO!
Come on you SHOTS!
£9 a ticket
not bad that its £18 at darlo no wonder we are going bust lol![]()
i went to see spurs reserves vs chelski res at the recreation ground as i live near to aldershot, shots have had a bloody good season hope they can move up the leagues
Where abouts do you live?
I live at Bentley village, which is the train station between Farnham and Alton.
Aldershot are in some financial problems themselves, but I guess so are loads of other lower league clubs. But Aldershot have a record of bad finances, I read somewhere that they needed an urgent £50k investment in the club.![]()
not that bad mate darlo need 5m in a week or we are finished
