Sorry to hear Vale"s plight mate, I actually watched them play at Chester when Stanley Matthews was manager in the 60"s, sadly a lot of the smaller clubs have similar problems nowadays. As you may know Chester & Wrexham both former League clubs have suffered because of asset strippers, but on the bright side they are both fighting back, Wrexham will hopefully regain their League status next season, so dont despair, keep the faith.

@Memphis Sounds like a sorry state of affairs for a club to be in. As with all of these sort of 'scandals' or just plain piss poor management it is the fans that suffer. Hope there's a decent way out & the future's a little brighter for your lot.

Been seeing too many of these threads on here lately, shows how times are changing economically. They need to start bringing football back to the working class.....I could go on, but fed up with this subject

There is only one football club that I enjoy seeing fail, and it's certainly not the likes of Port Vale.
