      Breaking news:
Plymouth Argyle goes into administration in face of High Court action

The decision was made at a board meeting held at a secret location away from the media and protesters, who had gathered at Home Park.

The decision was announced at the High Court in London by barristers representing Plymouth Argyle.

Thought this was old news? Didn't they get 10 points deducted a week or two ago?

They received a 10-point deduction on the 23rd Feb after issuing a 'notice of intention' to appoint an administrator. Today they actually went into administration.

They need to find an extra £5million just to see the rest of the season out and not go out of business.

Gutted for them, after having been in Plymouth for the last few years.

Would've thought that with the amount of rich feckers looking to buy into Football that Argyle would be a decent option! An absolute huge caption area for fans, modern stadium and too be honest, whats £5m to most of these multi-multi millionaires!

Sad story, supporting Dundee I know how they feel - we're on the way to coming out of it for the second time in 7 years!

I've always considered Home Park to be one of the "perfect" grounds. As you say huge caption (thou I think you mean catchment!!) being the only real team covering Devon and Cornwall. A large ground, good parking, easy to get to. And then there's the huge parks nearby, shopping, pitch-and-put, the swimming pool (where Tom Daley trains) etc for if the missus wants to do something whilst you watch the match.

My nan used to live 5 mins walk from Home Park, so I can remember going to loads of games when I was a kid, and my dad (@ParkLaneMal ) taking me to watch the players on the training ground next door!

My mum is a Green Army fan, and I've a big soft-spot for them. It'd be such a shame to see them go out of business.

The annoying thing about this 10 point deduction is that it punnishes the fans more than anybody.

      Keep going guys.

I've been to Plymouth a few times, great place. Their all passionate about their football, so this will be so tough..
