Well one thing's for sure - 'Arry isn't as stupid as Lester Piggott, who wrote a cheque to the Revenue from an account the Revenue previously hadn't been aware of.

They have to , it is their remit , they must accept the money if it is offered at any time . Going to court is the last thing they do if the accused will not pay . It is the money they want & only the money . They will however make an example of him , the authorities never get all their money back if they have to go to trial so they have to accept a settlement , it is in their guidance rules .

The lawyers are telling Harry he can win . They have already cost him probably 10 times what is owed . I just do not see the point over such a relatively small amount of money .

If he is as worried as he says he is , then throw some money at the problem and make it go away .
