Old shelfer says hello!

Hi,moved to greece 18 years ago,as a kid 1st spurs games were mid 70´s to qpr,parkes,given,bowles,beattie etc and then sheff utd with currie.we lost both 0-3!!then went down up,ossie and ricky,uefa cup ´84,dont mention ´87!! went to all semis and fa cup,still best team I´ve seen us with! just vs now.Was at wembley ´91 "where´s yer double gone",now i get back for a game or 2 normally feb and normally wigan away,have a friend in a mud hut up there!!
Was always park lane end of the shelf,but now if i can,i go for the park lane.Cant wait for Northumberland park,its really difficult getting home or away tickets when you live abroad.

I do miss curry/chinese/pies the list is endless!!I dont mind a bit of bubble tho´!
Most of all I miss a pub 2 hours before the game!and the game of course.It breaks my heart when I come back and go,I could move back just for the Spurs!!

Hi Mr Skaithos - my first game was also QPR , 1976 and we lost 0-3, but as an 11 year old I was hooked, the following year, again a biorthday present, we lost and got relegated , and the following year Iwent to the only home game we lsot - Sunderland, but eventually promoted - thankfully its got better including a very drunken trip to Anderlecht ...
