England being ranked 6th is frankly embarresing, I guess we're there by virtue Italy and France were even worse than us in SA...
That's a joke England 6th they forgot to add the other 6 we are pants don't give a shit about national team after last years shambles COYS !!!!!!!!
Don't be daft. Fookin love England.
Silly to see us in 6th though, espesh after teh 12 months we've had!!

I think the results of the last 5 years are counted and you get more points if you beat topteams and Croatia has many victories against good and top teams but we(Croatia) didn't deserve to be under the top 10 after our bad performances in the last couple of years. To me it's also surprising that no North American team(Mexico or USA) is under the top 10. England was even out of the top 15 teams after the Euro 2008 but climbed up since then and could improve even more in the next few months.

I am strangely enough an Argentina fan, even though i really have no connection to the country. Of course I like the U.S. too. And hey, at least England made the top 10. France didn't haha. And Croatia? Wouldn't have expected that.
Interestingly, Norway is 11th.. they were only 4 points away from being 10th. Pretty impressive for 2 teams who didn't even make the World Cup. IMO France is still one of the 10 best teams in the world, but their debacle at the WC deserves to be punished by FIFA, good job with this ranking for once FIFA.
On a side note, wouldn't be surprised to see Chile or Ghana make it into the top 10 soon. Both have a good young core and play exciting, attacking football. Ghana is the future of African football IMO and I wouldn't be surprised to see either of those teams make a deep run come 2014 in Brazil.
england would be in top 3 if they had harry.
Capello is a fool. Hes just like mancini is for man city.
England have the best league and they have world class players on all positions (now even a good goalkeeper)
Capello is underachieving with that team totally......
But I dont mind capello I guess![]()
Now guys I know Scotland are shite but look at some of the teams they are behind:
- Guinea
- Armenia
- Gabon
- Libya
- Belarus
- Northern Ireland (who we beat 3-0 in February)
- Albania
- Lithuania
- Romania
- Burkina Faso (we are 22 places behind them)
I mean seriously it's a fooking joke.
France 19th place
Sweden 28th![]()
