I don't know how much say @RiverWire has over the adverts on here but I clicked onto a thread and these adverts popped up:

Lol Google ads are mostly influenced by what you are browsing mate, has not real relation to anything else apart from the contents of the page you are view or your search/browsing history. Sometimes however advertisers do target certain keywords when advertising like "football" of which obviously we are a football related site so it would show up on here sometimes if there are no other advertiser to show.

I had the "Church of Scientology" pop up on my ad once...but guess doing a search for Tom Cruise and Understanding Eyes Wide Shut may be the cause.

But still don't understand why I keep getting fish pedicures in my google ads.

Anyway, all the more reason for introducing the premium membership scheme @RiverWire (hint hint )
