Mickelson to win it, he was alright with his game yesterday

but that Spanish fella who started 2nd today might be up there on Sunday. Mcilroy could finish up well too, have to see if he has enough in himself to grind out the tournament.

I have been suprised by some players. KJ Choi has been decent but Fred Couples is having a storming day today.

Dont be surprised by that! He opened with a 66 last year but fell off after the 2nd day. Which I think was the lowest round ever for a player over 50.

But compare that to Tom Watson who is having a shocker this year.

I would like one of the old guard to win it.

I'm not exactly an avid golf fan...but British pride, come on Rory McIlroy! Great start for him.

Mcllroy will and is doing well, but I think that by day 3 he will fizzle out slightly... I would love lee westwood to win it, but I think your guess is as good as mine who will win it.

I actually think McIlroy will do it, let's face it, he's already pretty experienced in the major for a boy his age, and his game is really well suited to Augusta. Just talking to my dad who goes there every year, and he was going on and on about how far the Spanish guy (can't remember his name) hits the ball. Of the Americans, I'd like to see Matt Kuchar win it.

Yeah I agree, McIlroy is experienced for his age......

nothing like having a day off and watching a top golf tournament

the spaniard is Alvaro Quiros, and they were talking about how hard he strikes the ball yet he said yesterday that he wasnt even trying his hardest when hitting them so god knows how far he can hit the ball.

id like westwood to get his first major, cant see it happening yet though. thought mickelson did well scrambling but as he won last week he probably wont win this one.

12 years since a european win so lets hope one of em does it this year.

i had a fiver on mcilroy but i think hes peaked too early. he coulda shot -9 or -10 quite easily yesterday.
