They are two celebrities who have never been shy about showing off their figures.
But now Michelle Heaton and Adele Silva have taken the brave step of posing for a nude photoshoot.
The pair show off their enviable figures in Closer magazine, but both admit they had doubts about the decision to bare all.

Former Liberty X star Michelle, who is a tiny size eight, said: 'This is the first time I’ve ever posed with no clothes on and I’m a bit nervous.
'I’ve been offered thousands to pose naked for lads’ mags, but always refused. It’s only now that I’ve felt ready to do it tastefully.'
But now Michelle, who said she has always struggled with her figure, felt ready to pose naked.
She added: 'I’m 31 and I’ve never been in better shape. I want to send a message that I’m an ordinary girl who’s struggled to get fit like everyone else, but I’ve finally figured out what works for me. I’m now healthy – it’s so liberating.'

Meanwhile, Adele - who moved to Los Angeles to pursue her Hollywood dream after leaving Emmerdale - says living in the States has made a difference to the way she perceives her figure.
She said: 'Everybody is obsessed with image here, but being in LA has made me relax about my body!
'I’m 30 this year and I’m finally at ease with myself. I don’t need a blow-dry and full make-up to go to the shops like some women.'

However, instead of finding fame in Los Angeles, Adele she is working as a shop assistant at Ted Baker on Melrose Place and has launched a dog-walking service.
But the actress says instead of losing weight when she moved to LA, she thinks she has gained it.
She added: 'I haven’t weighed myself since I was 15 and 8st, but I work out quite a lot now, so I’m a lot leaner and more muscly than before. Muscle is heavier than fat, so I probably weigh more.

'I really like my food too. I don’t do fad diets, I just eat healthily. I’ll have chicken or tuna salads, meat and veg or pasta.'
