very good first half hour, then went a little flat although i have to say i was very impressed with austria, they were very commited but not as technically gifted as croatia.
croatia got the points and thats all that matters mate, i think they will get better. i was impressed with modric, his vision, passing, awareness and strength was very good

Modric didnt play at his usual lvl.....
Actualy, all of Croatia squad didnt do well and it was a game to forget.
However, the ref should of give a red card to that Austrian player in first half...but i gues that being a home team means something in refs eyes.
Hope we play better next game especialy Luka Modric...this wasnt his game.

The Croats fron two looked clueless to be honnest.

They ran their b*llox off but in the wrong directions. They needed to stay narrower to allow the wingers some space to play in. Oh and if they hadnt notice the goals arnt out on the wings they are in the middle of the park!!! Strange becuse they did it for a full 90 mins, Billic didnt even have a word at half time!!!

They need to find a striker quickly..... One preferably that knows where the net is situated!!!

The Germans will mince them if they play like that and no one wants to see them win a thing!!!

Germany lost to Croatia. Don't care how, just they lost. And now could go out! but yeah I think watching that game there is more to come from the Croats.

Russia 2-0 Sweden
Russia were quality tonight, slick passing and plenty of good counter attacking moves but it all seemed to be due to Arshavin playing up front. He looks the part plenty of skill but looks a little small for the premiership. Ibrahimovic did nothing to dispel the myth that he can't handle big games he really didn't show up tonight... the only comparison between him and Berba is in the height and hair!
