The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.

I had not heard anything aboot this until today. Everyone knows aboot this though i take it? Did a quick search but nothing came up?

It belongs in the games thread as their task is to guide their people through these dark times using the power of the a mighty HAARP gun.

from what i read on this ill admit i didnt watch the vids its a way of developing new radio technology for the armed forces. There are just a lot of conspiracy theories behind it tho which i know @Javi loves

Lol it's not so much conspiracy as it is facts anything that messes with things such as solar radiation "especially causing it to increase" is something no one should be messing with.

Its frightening that the scientists who made the 1st atomic bomb didnt know if the results would carry on and on and on and the government knew this and said to "crack on" regardless.

And that this is the same scenario as for the final outcome cant be theorised.

lol i gotta say take this with a massive pinch of salt. If you ask me it seems like a massive conspiracy theory and is probably a load of bollox. What really did it for me was at the end of the first vid where he was talking about government unwittingly testing weapons on people without them knowing. It's all very nice to think that we can just peel open the earth like that but from what i understand there are a great many more layers to peel back except the one they talk about before you get direct light straight from the sun onto the earth.
