Thread: What would you say?

Wednesday night. White Hart Lane is buzzing. Fans are screaming and shouting; they believe. You're Harry Redknapp, this is possibly the biggest game in this teams recent history against one of the most successful clubs in the world.
You have to go into that changing room and motivate your players to go out there and pull off, arguably, an impossible comeback.
What would YOU say?

Go out and play the way that you know how to, use the crowd to your advantage and attack attack attack.
Finish your chances and take no prisoners.

look to the person on your left, ( assuming they do) now look to the person on your right. You guys have to play for each other out there, play with style, play with attack. This may be the biggest game in your careers, so make it a ****ing good one. Play like ****ing tottenham hotspurs.

Right lads. Last Tuesday is hereby FORGOTTEN from this point onwards.
Nothing else matters apart from you going out there and playing your best game.
Last Tuesday will hang over your head until you say to yourselves 'So What!?'
It's a new game. Sure the mountain is huge, but you have nothing to lose AND everything to gain.
Forget the newspaper stories, forget the last result, forget the wikipedia articles you read about Cristiano Ronaldo and Adebayor yesterday.
When you step onto that turf, you are equal to, if not possibly better than that other team.
So go and relay that message to the fans by playing your white hearts out.
This is the night where you tell the fans that last Tuesday was a blip.
This is the night where you lift the roof off the stadium with a few great goals.
This is the night where you write yourselves into Spurs history forevermore!
And Lennon, you're playing tonight, sudden illness or not!

right, here's the plan:
gareth and aaron: run at them every time you get the ball, every time! take their non defensive defenders and put the fear of god into their paella eating backsides, make them pray for a half time siesta before we've even kicked off. aaron, if you turn around and pass it back to defense just once you'll be seeing a doctor again soon.
modders: show them why you're good enough to play for their biggest rivals and starve them of any possesion, pass them into the floor! spread the play around nicely between our wings, keep an eye out for any dangerous through balls in the middle.
hudd: more of the same. set modd free and be an immovable object in front of our back 4. the two of you can pull all the strings tonight
rafa: i'll let you play for the whole 90 if you start scoring again!
crouch: oh wait ..... jermain: get your shirt on. no not the 100 goals shirt, the bloody kit! forget it, pav: you're on
defense: some memorable, victory inspiring churchill quote. oh, and don't concede.
who are we? we're super f*ckin tottenham from the lane!!!!

"Play however you want to, no pressure at all lads, we have nothing to loose, each and every one of you show yourselves to the world what you're made of."

Defoe fooking do your job and score
Garath sit this one out so you don't get injured

Luka sit this out
Rafa have fun
Sandro do what you do
Tommy shoot as hard as you can at adabayo**** preferably in his diseased head

"don't worry about the result, go play your came and the win will follow"
"no stupid tackles we need 11 men out there"
"Rafa show to them what they missing"
"Lennon skin that ******* Marcelo"
"Bale, just play your game"
"Modric, you have free roam of the midfield"
"Gomes catch the ****ing thing!"
and to the rest of you, don't concede!

I'd put up a selection of Sir Bills most inspriring quotes and sit the players in silence to listen to the noise from outside.
Just as the buzzer in the changing room goes, say "time to make history, lads"
