Bale adds a lot against a slower side like Milan, so losing him is a substantial loss, however other Spurs players have decent speed still. Any away goals by Spurs would be a positive result for them (IMO), I'm dreading the return leg at WHL.

Not sure this is such a huge blow, having not played for three weeks he wouldn't be at his best, risking him even with a slight back injury could have severe repercussions for our run-in.

Niko is on fire so why not play him, it's pretty certain 'Arry will play 4-5-1 the back four as Saturday with Lennon, Sandro, JJ, VdV and Niko in the middle (Luca won't be fit to start) Crouchy up front .... that midfield five is still very attacking however all five understand the importance of defense. The pace comes from Lennon but JJ, VdV and Niko can all burst forward.

On the other hand this could be all "mind-games" and we will see a fit Bale tearing AC a new one ..........
