16, 32, 64 GB - All different models. Some also like Riv said, have 3G as well.

It depends if you want to have the extra expense of a monthly sim card for 3G use.

I never buy the 3G model, as I only ever use it with WiFi and 3G is so damn slow here in Australia. What Riv says above is correct, the WiFi + 3G model is the most expensive.

WiFi only is much cheaper.
