      theres a bar at the bottom of the screen which holds pages when i minimise and so on, for some reason the kids been playing on the pc and the bars now at the top of the screen, how do i move it back please ????

      Not on windows myself, but from memory, can you not drag it back?

      hi rossdfc, i lost my sent messages on outlook 2003, do u have any idea how i do it, goin crazy without

      are u talking about the folder that contains sent messages..normally located on the left hand side?

      dude, thx for getting back, yes, the folder that normally contains sent messages does not display them. so that means no sent massages are coming through into the folder, and nether are they being displayed in sent messages . oh, my email adress is,xxxxxxxxxxxxx , it'll be easier i think, thx

      edit: i removed the email address just to protect your inbox..

      Run Outlook, go to Tools> Options> under Preferences tab select "Email Options" > "Advanced Email Options" and then uncheck the box that says "in folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message".

      Now all your forwarded and replied email will go to your Sent Items box. Hope this helps.

      ok looks like we need to go down the repair route... for this you will need the Office CD that you used to install Outlook.

      Run Outlook > go to Help > select "detect and repair"

      The above will not alter your settings or remove any emails. Any damaged files will be repaired...if this doesn't work you will need to delete the profile and create a new one using the same email address

      phew, don't think i got original cd to hand, flip, but thx a big one...at least it's cleared up that i cant fix it
